Very big lie. How can you say this when there's India, Bangladesh, Philippines, and most nations in south east Asia and the Americas. Well if she's saying this based on population density then India is far ahead. 101 Likes 6 Shares |

She has yet to touch down in Nigeria and she's already running us down with her mouth. All these Whites and their boundless pride and disrespect for Africans. The way they run down Africans churning out poverty figures from their mind, you'll think there are no poor, homeless people among them too. But alas the reverse is the case. But why are Nigerians on Nairaland so anti-Nigeria unlike what obtains on Twitter? Why can't we talk back at these imperialists, and leave out local politics aside, some times? Trump's reported comment about Buhari that filled the cyberspace yesterday should have received a widespread condemnation and trolling of Trump from us, but no, Nairalanders would rather insult their president more. The only US president who ever spent three terms in office, Roosevelt, was a cripple who ruled from wheelchair, but he saw America through the Second World War and the US emerged an unrivalled world power. 187 Likes 35 Shares |

Nigeria needs to start creating 50,000 new jobs per day to keep employment rate at it's current level What's the way forward my fellow countrymen? Are we going to continue like this for the next decade? And note that even if we have visionary leaders like Obama, Putin and Trump, Nigeria won't still work Our problem as a nation is a collective development with our leaders sharing less than 10% of the overall inputs Until we change our mindset, priorities, passion, fantasies, exposures, adventures, mental orientations, intellectual sophistications, psychological enhancements, emotional inadequacies, social imbalances, religious approach, technological worldview and scientific inclinations, we are not going anywhere We joke with almost everything that happens to us as a nation We politicized everything A President just called our President lifeless and instead of being sad and showing sobber reflection, we're busy hailing him while castigating our own We're also the most confused people still living on this planet You want Buhari to be out of office and go back to Daura but according to you Saraki is corrupt, Atiku is a looter, Tambuwal is politically confused, Donald Duke is just wasting his time You want the youth to take over but according to you Sowore that can't even win an LGA election or even an SUG election You're just being indecisive and quite irritating to the rest of the Western world Start getting your priorities right and stop engaging in unnecessary inenarrable protest on social media You can't vote in an illiterate into office and expect the performance of Clinton #GetItRight 177 Likes 20 Shares |

This is one of the greatest achievement of PMB, turning his country to be the home for the poorest people, we are now suddenly poor in our own country even with the gifts and talents God has given us, PMB and his fellow corrupt people only God can judge you people now. 45 Likes 4 Shares |

Whoever wonders why Nigeria is so poor and backward should take out some time to listen to Buhari answer questions and profer solutions to a problem. That man's thinking ability is next to zero.. Nigeria will keep getting worse under him. Don't get me wrong. I wish Nigeria to succeed but things are not achieved by wishful thinking.. You can't achieve more than your brainpower 81 Likes 3 Shares |

“Much of Nigeria is thriving, with many individuals enjoying the fruits of a resurgent economy, yet 87 million Nigerians live below $1 and 90 cents a day, making it home to more very poor people than any other nation in the world,” she said. Stop reading in isolation... that's her exact statement. Many studies has shown that average Nigerians live below $1 a day.... so, what's the new thing in what May said Acknowledging the fact that Nigeria is having resurgent economy means PMB administration is doing something good. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

okay let's do the maths guys... First of all how much is our minimum wage in Nigeria? 18,000 Nysc 19800 Now World report says Poverty is living below $1.90. $1.90 is about 700 naira, times 30days is 21,000 naira. Now you can see that OUR MINIMUM WAGE is below the 21,000($1.90 for 30days). Not to talk about the Millions of youths who are even Unemployed. Nigeria is Finished. INDIA is 3TIMES more POPULATED than NIGERIA, Yet we surpass them in POVERTY NUMBERS. 65 Likes 1 Share
