Get the note 5 without blinking, even the note 4 is a big upgrade for someone on a Note 5A prime.

do you know what you want to do?

Off course I know what I want to do. You simply wrote "install drivers". If you checked my earlier posts you would see that I was going to do all that tomorrow.

Tip: try to be as clear as possible when communicating through chat or a forum grin

I have seen that option since the days of android 4.2.
It reduces data usage in the background.
Was actually referring to the way a firewall actually works. Completely or selectively block some apps from accessing the internet, even when you open the app to do something with.

Very useful to stop some apps from showing you ads.
It seems Google has been improving the feature ever since considering the way it works on Android Oreo.
The app Datally then becomes useful in controlling the amount of data an app consumes.

That's originally an iOS feature. I guess it's not surprising that MIUI would copy that.

Looking to get a led TV, any model in mind especially based on picture and sound quality

Check Skyworth TVs on Jumia & physical shops, they're feature packed with great picture quality and cost effective. A friend of mine that's crazy for LG & Samsung TVs couldn't believe the quality when compared before he made the switch.

We are use to the shifting of goal post in here, abeg quote where d comparison was done i must be missing something, i will like to see d margin of the defeat

In the same post u said Note 5 better than max 2 All Rounder, same time you're saying except in, how can something be better than all rounder and you're still saying except in?

It is really useless arguing further with you on this particular topic.

Don't you guys ever get tired of these android one, stock android and miui arguments? I buy any phone i want my with my money, i can do whatever i want with it, you prefer miui fine live with it, you prefer stock android, fine live with it, what's so difficult about this? Y pushing ur preference down people's throat

Take a chill pill bro, nobody is forcing his/her preference on anybody. We're all highlighting why we prefer our choice which some folks might not be aware off. Am sure there are persons here picking a point or two from the discuss which is what this forum is all about.

It's allowed. Even Apple and Samsung also copy (remember the Apple - Samsung law suits few years ago). Same with car manufacturers and scientists in general

Copy copy everywhere wink grin

Edited: I find no evidence that Apple has copied anybody except God. But Samsung already has at least 7 years of experience copying. grin

Oh you are using a custom rom. Thought you are on stock android.

The Custom ROM is based on Stock Android

That is the general idea... To free oneself from MIUI slavery and enjoy Stock Android experience... That is why these Custom ROMs exist ✔️

That's another edge the Chinese version has.

I've used both global version and global rom and I can say, unequivocally, after non-cursory assessments with reasonable precision, that battery performance of the Chinese version is significantly better. lipsrsealed

Honestly, i was skeptical about getting the Chinese Rom but all i can say after using it for over 3 weeks is amazing. I am really enjoying every bit of it. Thank God i found Xiaomi and thank God for this thread.

I think the way google services is been handled constitute to y as Gapps have system privileges on global rom n google apps n services are battery drainer due to wake locks and alarms
