Obi1kenobi:Lol, you have a lot of time at your beck. I think he is referring to me with his concocted slanders. As you can see, you buried him in an argument hence why he resorted to ad hominem and linking you to another person. I have been off Nairaland for so long, and I decided to type my former name - because I normally visit as a visitor - on the search box, viola I saw this. Well, he is the same person as the original moniker and was formerly known as Lezz. A forty year old man that can't get over Nairaland. Phew, I no get time. 1 Like 1 Share |

UjuJoan2:Well, I think you need to understand that the human society is inherently patriachial. To put it in a pedestrian way; I am sure that as a married woman, you bear your husband's name(hence, you share his identity), before you got married, you bore your father's name. Your children will also bear your husband's name, the only thing you have to offer them is your genes and the occassional dose of maternal affection. Even when it comes to choice of children, I am sure you would be deeply disturbed if you have no male child, even after having a gaggle of girls. Now, take a look at religion(which is a key factor of social dynamics), try imagining God as a woman, with the whole breasts and butt business. But I am sure you can conveniently picture God as a bearded old man with furrowed brows, sternly peering down at the wretched deeds of mortals. Even among most animals, the male is the dominant species and central to all social relations. So, it is a matter of how the human society is structured, women are fundamentally secondary in the society. The issue of feminism is a misguided attempt at interrupting the social order, which is structurally impossible. Energy should be channeled at getting gender equity, but equality is a pipe-dream and sociologically radioactive. Like Postmann, Fearlez and co have said, women have their place in the society, but trying to displace the patriachal order of the species is injurious and unacceptable. 2 Likes 1 Share |

ObinnaT:Same trivial plonker who returned to Nairaland because of his addiction to Big Brother Africa. You think I was referring to you? Are you francistony the human garbage who was looking for his biological father in Nairaland comment-feed? And why are you so mono-fixated about who won an argument? This was how I exposed your intellectual deficiency and you were prating foolishly about winning the argument until TV01 disgraced you further by exposing your factless rants and unverifiable claims. And...oh, that age is as erroneous as your father's claim on your mother's fidelity! 2 Likes 1 Share |

EVarn: The irony is that marriage benefits women more than men. It provides them security, protection and respect, while men lose their masculinity and dominance, work twice as hard and experience decline in testosterone. ( According to new scientific findings) 2 Likes 2 Shares |

ireneidiva: Over 90 percent of women in Nigeria have marriage as their top priority. It's like asking me to point out two people who need improved electricity in Nigeria. What annoying, mentally inelastic question this morning! Must Nairaland force on us the illogical procession of emotional ranters so often? My morning is inescapably ruined I fear. 1 Like |
