Ama having strong decoder SRT 4622xv

am having correctly installed two dishes one is
Eutelsat 36°( DSTV signal) and it receive the signal correctly

and the other is astra 28.2° (multi TV) and when I connect my lnb cable to this satellite the decoder does not respond the signal wouldn't Come iv tried with many different dishes and is still not showing which strong software will help me on this pls
if upgrade will help

@flamesbaba, Thanks for the response. Strongest STG 9800A HD & CO-Box HD are based on the same Chipset 1506G-K but the HWare ID is different. The notable difference is the sim slot, all other factors are constant including tCAM Server Plug-in.
Assuming your 1-year tCAM Account is now expired, the most realistic thing is to force Co-BOX HD s\w into Strongest STG 9800A HD satellite decoder via rs232 null serial cable using SunPLUS AvaiLink PC loader [Availink STB SunPLUS UART-Develop Tool v.1.5.0].

Evening house, I have a 90cm dish and 60cm dish that I initially tracked tstv on the 90cm dish; old TVC (crtv) and multiTv on the 60cm dish. But when tstv went down my installer now tracked Emmanuel TV on the 90cm dish for me, but he couldn't track multiTv and MBC channels on the 60cm dish so he now swapped them and brought Emmanuel TV to the 60cm dish. now my problem is, I presently have an idle lnb on the 60cm dish. Is there anyway I can get/combine Nigcomsat/tstv on any of the of the two dishes? My installer said no, but can't I use d idle lnb on the 90cm and get Tstv? please I need response ASAP

The decoder you have quoted in your latest post is Strongest STG 9800A HD. Please be clear on the intended decoder, i have never any of these decoders so i have conditioned my mind to visualize them by their STB INFO.
