All the other polls have his approval rating in the forties. Only this ABC poll you mentioned has him less than forty and they actually had him at 38% not 36% as you falsely claimed

That aside, last I checked, Rasmussen, if at all there were any other, were amongst the fewest ones that got the outcome of the 2016 US elections right. Others were taken aback.
