I updated to 9.6.4 last night. I noticed they have corrected the portrait mode on the front camera you don't have to click on the small icon on the top of the screen again. Just scroll to portrait rotate to front and snap away.. I would give more updates as I see it. Though I didn't factory reset after update. No time to start redoing download again

We deal with Chinese iterations in this part of the world, that note 5 in India is the redmi 5 plus in China. You will find nobody calls the redmi 5 plus, note 5 on this thread. It is simply redmi 5 plus. All variants of note 5 (note 5 pro, note 5 AI, Taiwanese version SH) have dual rear cameras.

Oga if you must update your phone, look for strong WiFi network to do it. Don't rely on the poor mobile data networks around. Also don't go downloading the updates to manually update you will end up bricking your device.
