All these BMC scavengers, if you are asked to pick either Buhari or Saraki to manage your business you will pick Buhari? Forget the 30k and tell yourself the bitter truth. 1 Like |

theoldpretender: Sorry dude, power is a utility that you cannot easily switch from one service provider to another hence price regulations is inevitable. The issue is regular updates of the tariff to be cost reflective such that investors can turn a decent profit. We can't run power like molue service where you go one way in the morning and on the return journey you may be asked to pay five times for same distance. 1 Like |

funmike83: So you agree Saraki is a looter yet you want him to come and manage a $500 billion economy? And you consider yourself sensible? PDP is the only party in the world that I have seen campaign with the mantra of we are the same thing or not worse than the the ruling party. But vote for us so things can remain the same. The tragedy is that they still have huge following |

Since l began to monitor elections in this country l've come to observe that the so called elections are nothing but political gimmicks. 97% of the people that have been ruling the people from Federal to local govt. level have been imposed on the masses, not elected by the masses. 2019 is loading....... 1 Like |

Saraki is suppose to represent both the north and southwest but the truth be told in both regions he is basically seen as a thief and corrupt person. It would definitely not be easy for him but he seem to be a fine presidential material that will unite all Nigerians. 1 Like 1 Share |

Saraki has done his homework. The best roadmap to dislodging Buhari is the 2011 electoral map. No Presidential candidate has won the Presidency without the middle belt since 1999. The facts are there for all to see. The reason being the middle belt is the center ground of Nigeria's tribal politics. In the west they have left vs Right and the battleground becomes the Center. Whoever wins the center wins the election. In Nigeria's tribal politics it is often North vs South; Muslims vs Christian and hence the middle belt ends up the centre ground and conscience of the Nation and as such the swing states that determines who wins! Buhari as it stands today has lost the middle belt. This is why the best strategy for PDP is to have a candidate who will lock down the middle belt and pursue a visionary politics based on equity, rule-of-law and modernity that Buhari just can not match in the South!. A Kwakwanso or Tambuwal or Dankwanbo or Makarfi or Lamido will simply play into Buhari's hands. These candidates for Southerners will be much of a muchness and the end result will be voter apathy which usually favours the incumbent. However a Saraki or Atiku; expecially Saraki will raise the bar of Presidential campaign to a level that Buhari will struggle to keep up with and for this reason I think PDP should give the ticket to Saraki. 2011 Electoral map should be PDP's 2019 roadmap to victory. Although PDP can still make more inroad on places like Niger, Kaduna, Bauchi, Gombe. 1 Like 2 Shares

I'm pretty certain Dele Momodu wrote this obtuse analysis for Saraki. It is never going to fly.Saraki can never win any of Tambuwal,Atiku or Kwankwaso in the PDP primaries, he is already dreaming of Buhari. Most Nigerians are not PDP or Senators. I agree he is an opposition leader but most Nigerians are not ready for PDP/Saraki presidency. He might win SE only if he can defeat Atiku,Tambuwal or Kwankwaso in the primaries. Even that is a tall order. 1 Like |

Paying a bunch of script writes to launder his image is all well and good but when the real questions start coming hmmm Why was he collecting a pension from such a poor state like Kwara while at the same time being a senator How much did he earn as a senator Detail how the 140bn naira National Assembly budget is spent. Line by line. |

The fraudulent and crooked clown started his presidential bid with fraud and deception by fraudulently using the Not-Too-Young-To-Run group to start his bid and they quickly disavowed and disowned that fraudulent clown. What kind of crooked man starts his presidential bid with lies, fraud and deception? |

Bobby4090: I really don't know what is in Buhari that a few miscreants think he can't be defeated. Buhari gained victory through fraudulent means. Underaged people voted for him and international observer kept quite. He came in and made things worse. People die daily under his watch like it never happened before. What has he really done to deserve his reelection? Maybe you are one of those paid to campaign for this lifeless president who cannot express himself in public apart from making addresses that have been written down. He has disgraced Nigeria on few occasions in international forum. So, what qualities does he have to continue to rule. Please, someone tell me. 2 Likes |

Ndonu101: We are talking about saraki embezzling fund, is buhari also a saint? Was only reacting to the quote above from Fumike. But if it's all about court conviction, why didn't you wait for court pronouncement before calling a statement backward? Ask for forgiveness from those you've called stupid without official statement from a psychiatrist. |

Two questions i really want answer to from Saraki and his fans are: 1. Why hasn't he published till date the yearly budget of the National Assembly under his Senate presidency? 2. Why has happened to the PIB bill, because back in 2015 when he got the Senate presidency, he said the bill will be passed... From the little i know and i know much, South West will never vote for Saraki, his chances in the core North is very small, South-south is 50/50, his only options are parts of North Central (excluding Niger, Nassarawa and Kogi) and the South east, if he choose a South eastern as his VP candidate... |

haffaze777:See egbon, the guy's a goner in Kwara State sef. Even the people of Ilorin that usually support him have abandoned him, but what Kwara APC can use to seal the deal is to lookout for the Candidate PDP fields this election. Actually, it's time for a minority tribe to rule Kwara (Nupe, Baruba, Kannike, etc) but if PDP fields an Ilorin person, APC has to do the same in order to counter them. Saraki has no relevance outside Kwara, Yoruba people hate him like shit. How on earth can we abandon Tinubu, Osinbajo, Fashola and Alhaji Lai to embrace Saraki?! Ko jo laye 1 Like |
