She lambasted her saying "you think I'm like other staff you talk to anyhow? I be correct Warri girl, I no dey carry last" as she walked to her classroom to pack her things, she said, I don dey go my fellow teachers, I don sack myself,.

You only live on the meagre salary, nothing else. If your village people push you and you request for a raise, he will look for a flimsy excuse to do away with you. You would even be lucky if fraud allegations are not laid on your head. He doesn't forgive and is very vindictive.

He also enjoys taking his sales rep to Panti CID over allegations of fraud or pilfering that is not yet established. None of his staff spends up to six months with him before getting fired over silly excuses, including the sales reps. Only the accountant can stay more than a year. The accountant is always a female and not married. Once the accountant is about getting married or pregnant, she is out of the company with no benefits. it is a crazy place.
