that's how it is during carnivals, I could remember a carnival I was driving through last year, they were running for no just reason!... I was ducking bullet in the car after I heard shouts, but then nothing was happening

Cultism is the reason why I don't like schools in the South. In my school days (in the Northern part of the country) those that claimed to be cult members were invited to renounce their membership, some did, the once that refused were expelled (end of story).
