So you'd prefer using the money for salaries and other infrastructural development to go int cargo airport? Yet, you have no cargo to import or export, but that is your main concern.

We need to create industrial estates powered by gas

supplies to help more industries come into the state. We need to develop cattle ranches and to become self sufficient in beef and other animal protein. We need to build a light rail system to connect Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi and Ekwulobia to help the state achieve quick and cheap transportation of people, goods and services from one part of the state to another.

Yet, your major concern is completion of cargo airport just started less than 2 years ago and it's a PPP? Now you see why we smell mischief in some questions?
