Yes you can use a ruler it measure if you do not trust the photographer.
I did mine in a studio and watched while it was getting edited to confirm the dimension.

You don't need to get another one if it's Mawista, that should be okay. If it's Axa Mansard, aiico or other travel insurance from Nigeria, you will need a private health insurance (cos kf your age) after your arrive in Germany.

Not necessary, u don't need bank statement or sponsorship letter if u are using block account ..I added it but it was unnecessary but u will be asked(just verbally) about ur block account and who is giving u the money and what is the person doing and that's all!

Congratulations, Fustinachichi. I honestly do not understand why it is difficult to get admission with just OND. Beats my imagination.

If you don't have, simply state that you don't have. Doesn't affect your application. You will eventually have to get your insurance

The place should be the state u are staying y for the date is the day u signed the form
