Hello gurus in the house, good morning y'all. Please I need help, ever since I sent data off to 131 with my mtn number in 2016, my data signal � has refused to come up for connectivity. I have visited the mtn office around me severally and they told me about welcome back and all sorts, I have done it and I keep calling the customer call line. I have done manual configuration and all my efforts for the sim to connect the Internet has fallen through, other sims browse on the phone though. When I got a 4G enabled phone I was able to browse on 4G network alone, but I can't browse on 3G or 2G/Edge. This is my hot line and I am not using a dual sim phone anymore, the other time I got a small phone to insert my hotline, I misplaced the small phone. Please I know my 3G/2G is faulty, and I want to browse with it. Who can help me abeg??

I suggest you port your number out of mtn and see if it will stop. May be you can Port back after 90 days. My thought thought.

Boss what do you mean by port? I don't understand sir....

It simply means that you can walk in to any of the other network providers (9mobile,airtel and glo) and switch to their network while maintaining your number. Your network will change. But your number remains the same.

Good day, I ordered an unlocked iPhone 6 and I got it on the 5th of this month, it took time to pick up charge at first, and after picking up charge, i used it and tried setting up my apple ID, but it wasn't going through so I decided to open it on my other phone and login after, later on and I decided to let it have a full charge it was about 89%, 5minutes later I checked it and realised it wasn't displaying anything anymore, and it refused to come back online, an engineer said it is a freeze problem, but another said it was changed from where it was delivered due to the paper tag on the back after he unscrewed it, but I don't don't know which to believe, any help please

The price usually depends on the carrier and type of unlock. SIM/Network or iCloud. iPhone Disabled amongst others.

So I got this message . Your Apple ID has been disable. Go to Apple and reset your email. On getting to Apple I realize that my info was hacked somehow .. I couldn’t verify my birthday on Apple to enable reset my ID .. can someone help?
