@Cyberknight boss pls help review my refusal letter, from what you have advised @bensky, how do you think someone circumstance change, i have other funds apart from salary that enter my account on a monthly basis, and i explained all the inflow about(4.7m), outflow(3.9m) and closing balance (870k) for 6month, and also wrote a cover letter explaining the sources of these funds. now should i stop other funds coming in, and just focus on the salary for 6 month and mind you i will be spending from the salary account too.. thanks as i await your response... |

alert20: Re the funds issue you mentioned, if these funds are yours from some other business you do separate from your paid employment, I would suggest you simply use a different account for them. There is nothing wrong with presenting more than one bank statement or having more than one bank account. I have two separate bank accounts and I always present both of them when applying for visas. Do not give the ECO work in trying to figure out what's going on in your account, remember that the default position is to refuse a visa once the burden of proof, which rests on the applicant, hasn't been met. Make things simple. Incidentally, while the actual account balance itself is not the only determinant of an applicant's financial suitability, they look at the overall pattern of activity on the account - a closing balance of 870k is too low, if that was actually what you presented. Truth be told, I've done that back in the day and gotten away with it, but that was before. They are strict now and you have to learn the rules and ensure you tick all the boxes. I see that you have been refused twice. That's a pity, and I would advise you to leave the UK alone for a while (at least a year) and try holidaying elsewhere before you come back to them. A third refusal will put you into the category of serial refusals by which stage you will probably need a solicitor to help you on another application when all your circumstances have positively changed. So you will have to prepare any third application very carefully indeed. My advice would be for you would be to work on your travel history and visit one or more of the visa-required countries, such as the Schengen countries, then gradually work your way up to the UK again. All in all, take careful note of the remarks about proportionality of expenses, home ties, credibility, etc that others have made all over this thread and apply them strictly if you wish to receive a UK visa. Best of luck. |

Otokini01: Used it twice. They are okay. Better than BA in terms of food and seating convenience, but not as good as Emirates or Qatar. Will rate it 7/10. |

ijeshaoflondon: I also submitted my current application on August 15. Yet to get email about decision. Longest ever. All my past UK visas came out within 20 days of application. But no cause for alarm. Not traveling till late next month. |

Am not a guru o but i think you should include his birth certificate and yours too to establish the relationship, a letter from either of your parents authorising you to take him along, let him include his statement of account apart from yours and include copies of your past visa. If it was me applying, I would renew first and apply for my brother thereafter because 10 years visa fee is not moin moin. All the best Demime: 1 Like 1 Share |

Please I need your advice on how to go about my refusal..... This is so painful after traveling to the UK for more than 5times and applying for more than 3times and also putting to bed in the UK and paying all the NHS outstanding bills......I still got refused! Based on unclassified facts. Please guys I need your advice on how to handle this refusal and I would also like the gurus in the house to please interpret this refusal letter for me because I really do not understand it. They gave 2 reasons for my refusal 1. That I did not complete my NHS payment....which I did already and also submitted all the receipts given to me by CCI UK.but it seems they did not confirm from CCI about the payments..... Meanwhile I have called CCI today and they said they will send a mail to the hospital to inform them I have completed my payments (something they should have done before now) 2. The most painful part is my school they claim I am not a student DAT my documents are counterfeits!.......And this is obviously not true! They sent a mail to my school to verify if I m a student and the school replied them yes! I am surprised they are still saying I used a false document. Please if my school writes them again will that change anything? And also the Hospital in London. Please I need your advice please its very important and urgent please! What are my chances? Please what do I do? After waiting up to a month for a reply I still got refused meanwhile my daughter was also refused because I was refused and he's travelling with This is so painful. Please what can we do is there still a solution? Thanks as always

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by MollyBank: 8:38am On Sep 06, 2018 |
sweetgold5: Well, it's simple. They said you have an outstanding payment ot make to NHS. Contact the hospital where you gave birth and find out why the outstanding charge since you said you cleared all the payment before coming back. The second reason is that the document you obtained was fraudulent because the the school didn't authenticate it when they contacted them. If you are sure the document in question is genuine, go back to the school and obtain a headed letter saying the document is genuine. |
