You might need to use the CIC form and let us know how it goes so others might learn. Nobody has posted on this thread getting refund directly from Canada.ca. PS: The refund is only for those who paid HST back in the days. WES now allows you to avoid paying it. cc:savagebanker casecasr: |

Please can u elaborate more about ICES on how Long does there evaluation takes? 2. What's there charge/fee? 3. Can they evaluate 2 results for an applicant at same fee. 4. Once I send my docs to them as an applicant, will they only require transcript from my school? Kmgb: |

I was sent the message below requesting for POF and I have sent it. I just want to know what is the next step for me. I applied for Self Employment Person Program. Dear XXXX XXXX: This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the Self-Employed Person Program. Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires. A self-employed person is defined as a foreign national who: -has relevant experience -intends and is able to be self-employed in Canada and -can contribute to Canada’s economy in one of the required areas. Relevant experience for a self-employed person means at least two years of experience. It must be during the period starting five years before the day you apply and ending on the day we make a decision on your application. The experience must be: for cultural activities: -two one-year periods being self-employed in cultural activities, or -two one-year periods participating at a world-class level in cultural activities, or -a combination of a one-year period described in A above, and a one-year period described in B above. for athletics: -two one-year periods being self-employed in athletics, or -two one-year periods participating at a world class level in athletics, or -a combination of a one-year period described in a above, and a one-year period described in b above the purchase and management of a farm (for applications submitted before March 10, 2018) In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require updated documents that evidence these requirements of the class. Please go to the following link: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Accra, complete the form, click “Next”, click “Yes” (to confirm you want to include documents), and then attach the requested documents to your response. Responses received via email will not be actioned and may result in the refusal of your application. All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable. As of May 1, 2018, all original documents, including passports, must be submitted via the VAC. To contact the VAC, please see: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/ You have 30 days from the date of this letter to submit additional information so that we may continue processing your application. Please note this will be the ONLY opportunity we will provide for you to submit additional evidence. Your application will be assessed in 30 days and the final decision will be based on the evidence on file at that time. If you choose not to respond with additional information, a decision will be made based on the information on file, which may result in the refusal of your application.
