Y would some one come on this forum and claim aregbe is the worst Governor, on what basis are u rating them, aregbe has done wonderfully well for we the people of osun state, may almighty God to bless him. 2 Likes |

It should go in this order from best to worst Ambode though when you consider the resources at his disposal you may want to accord that right to Amosun who I place in second place who I think has performed creditably well throughout his 8 years in office. Ajimobi the constituted authority with all his misgivings in my opinion has equally performed so well. Having return sanity, decorum to Ibadan and executed laudable projects to give the state a face lift. Next in line for me is Ogbeni of Osun State, like him or loathe him he's done so well in Osun State. The dark side to his government is his failure to pay salaries which in a state like Osun who don't have other genuine means of capital inflow he can be adjudged in this end to have really bleeped up. Another downside is the embarking on projects which are of no current benefit and will probably not be of any meaningful use years to come which I'll deem as waste of resources. The white beard man comes next on my list. While I'm very indifferent about his performance, I'll only evaluate him by the fact that he seems to have cleared all the backlogs of salaries owed workers by the previous administration and hardly the owes the workers but when you talk capital project I think his rating is so low. Last on my list is the man from the fountain of knowledge who is more of a drama King than a governor and in playing that role he gained a celebrity status but at the detriment of the people he was voted in to serve and that played into the hands of the opposition who had no hassle unsitting him. In all, I think the governors from the South West have performed reasonably well even though the same cannot be said of the government at the center who so far have been a revelation of the true meaning of disaster and makes me wonder on what ground they are seeking a re-election 3 Likes |

Amosun is the worst governor in South West. The best governor is Aregbesola. Why repeating this thread again. I avoided the thread the first time knowing fully that majority of people who could have rated them objectively are not online. Majority of people on media are anti buhari people looking for where to click likes & shares against buhari. Amosun is a fraud bringing his accounting experience to defraud Ogun State. The Ijebu Remo people starting from Sagamu will never forget him. I believed Awujale - the paramount ruler of Ijebu land will also not forget him on behalf of Ijebu land. Agbara, despite industries & taxes, no infrastructure. Amosun took loans to complete abandoned projects at Alagbole, Akute, Lambe, etc but constructing pedestrian bridges at Ibafo & Mowe while about 80% of Ogun state lack infrastructure. He is only interested in cosmetics projects & his cap. Nothing. In his second tenure, I believed the FG allocation, IGR and loans he took are enough to work but rather our towns are gradually becoming villages. The very bad & incomplete road constructed at Magboro is a big fraud. A dual carriagecarriage way that does not meet minimal width dimension. The Magboro under bridge forming a U - turn on Lagos - Ibadan expressway is a nightmare. Amosun fraud. Amosun just go. Your Egba people & Osile Oke-Ona can allow you go to Senate, the Ijebu people, yewa, Awori, etc have rejected you. Just go 1 Like |

Yoruba people are very racist. I can't believe it but it may be time to start listening to everyone about Yorubas. They had the same topic for every southern area and this is the only one where tribal hate is filled. Such a racist people that starts and spreads hate but yet always blaming others for hate. |

.Can we please compare those with the same comparable indices and let us stop being mediocres as youth at least for once. Available resources / percentage of performance *Federal allocation * Internally generated revenue * health care *Education * infastracture * youth and woman empowerment * connection to the masses and grassroot * agriculture * flamboyancy * purposeful leadership and respect to citizens * enactment of state laws/ introduction of reasonably important ones. * quality of life of citizens. * misplaced priority |
