You are buying a phone of sub 40k,lower your expectations even with the Gcam. That's an entry level phone.

yes, it will support OTA updates if left with the Chinese rom it came with na.

The issue here is that redmi 6pro doesn't have global rom and you should be damn sure that any seller that promises such is looking at a shop rom for you. No one gives what is non-existent na. You could have gotten it with the Chinese rom with playstore installed, uninstall all the Chinese apps that may come with it, they're useless as you have their English equivalents on playstore, download SwiftKey keyboard and you're smooth.
Next time, when you're not crystal sure of something, ask. Info is free here.

On moving out of the shop rom you have, I wouldn't know the test point method lavenderjade has been talking of because people have moved from shop rom to global rom in the past without test point.
However, you have no option of global rom as redmi 6pro doesn't have official global rom, for now at least
Official Chinese or custom roms are your options kiss

Nope, he is right, if updating the rom will brick the phone, then using test points will by-pass that.

I think FAT32. I think it's a common problem for some particular compatibility issues, am learning the reason now. This is what I got now from a site:
Usually, SD card not showing full capacity happens because some card readers or host devices are not compatible with the larger SDHC and SDXC cards. If the reader or host is not compatible with the larger capacity the card will be repartitioned to a size that is supported. For example, if your card reader or camera is compatible with an SDHC card with a maximum capacity of 32GB using this reader or camera to format a 64GB SDXC card will result in the card being repartitioned to 32GB (~27GB usable capacity). And SD card not showing full capacity can also occur due to invisible shadow files, formatting overhead, hidden recovery partitions and unallocated space.
I will get my stolen space back, I think. cheesy

Shop rom wl have OTA support but if u update it ..u r in trouble... Becos its unofficial..it wl apply d update well but wen it want to reboot.. Na dere d mata de

Nope, what you checked is if the update notification is same with what is on miui download page. What I meant is that he should check if those with his current shop rom version were able to update their phones via OTA without bricking their devices.
