Actually the worst is Bauchi governor, despite doing nothing, it takes him months to pay salaries & even if he does he go minus from 10% to 40% depending on ur luck

Taraba is North East. It was created from the defunct Gongola State alongside Adamawa. Yes, their people have a lot in common with Benue and Plateau people especially their Tiv nationality (which is the reason they are often called Middle Belt), but it doesn't mean they are North Central. It's just the same way Kwara isn't South West even though they are mainly Yorubas.
North Central states include Kwara, Niger, Kogi, Benue, Plateau and Nasarawa.

That's why they are called Geo(geography)- Political zones because they came about not only by geographical location but also by the political inclinations.

That means high literacy rates and high life expectancy.
