If not for enlightenment campaigns of the feminists, your husband and those other men outside would probably still consider you as some inferior being that deserve no respect for being a female as was before. They will never fight for your empowerment because that will mean it will be their downfall. Your empowerment is their downfall. When you join them in Feminism you are further advancing their standards while further oppressing yourself.
