Does Buhari needs the NASS reconvening to sign the electoral act or provide good governance It's a global practice that legislatures are always on recess @ this time of the year.Besides there is no national emergency that is warranting this now. 44 Likes 1 Share |

“The president is the country’s number one fan of the card reader. For a candidate who ran three times and ‘lost’ in an electoral environment in which votes were allocated and losers asked to go to court if they felt unhappy, the president knows fuly well the role that the card reader played in his emergence in 2015.This is a big indictment of our law courts esp.the supreme court that was the final arbiter in all the cases So what will he called the incredible votes he got in Kano that the family of the state REC have to be sacrificed to cover up & in other places Buhari & his stupid handlers are no doing him & Nigeria any good.Too bad! 34 Likes |

Beg or asking NASS to perform it's duty for which it exists? Racoon:You are uninformed yet you have refused to learn. For the last time, get it into your skull that the amendment cannot be signed by the president because it contradicts another section of the Act as it is. The NASS needs to make that correction before it can be signed. Blind hatred makes some of you look silly. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

humble pie, but for real, only people with minimum of diplomas in law should be the majority of people been voted as lawmakers. their little knowledge on technicalities of law would always create loopholes in the laws they pass. As for the Executives by the time saraki ends up opening the senate after APC party primaries, they would finally understand the power of an autonomous Legislatives. Obasanjo learnt the hard way after 3rd term agenda failed after he was swindled 2 Likes |
