erico2k2:Over 75% of the people who obey these sit at home orders dont necessarily do so out of solidarity; rather they obey the orders out of fear of being harrassed by miscreants if they go out.. By asking people to "disrgard the sit at home" order, the police is simply saying people should not be scared of going about their normal businesses. How is that statement a joke? |

olajide8:that is even what we want, it will bring the agitation more closer thereby adding more feather to it. Have you noticed that Any action the government takes Is always a + for ipob? |

marvinsync:In places like Aba, miscreants forcefully enforce these ipob orders. During sit at home orders, they harass traders who dont comply; this isnt even a new trend, it's been been happening as far back as the days of massob even before ipob was formed. If you aren't aware of this, you should go and find out instead of insulting people out of ignorance. 1 Like |

obailala: are these "miscreants" ipob? like u said they existed even b4 ipob if miscreants are causing trouble then the police should go after this miscreants and stop harassing ipob or threatening to arrest ... who? ipob or the people that stay at home ? I'm not even sure anymore 2 Likes |

marvinsync:IPOB gives a sit at home order,, miscreants go into markets harassing traders who dont comply with the order, but here you are, asking me if these miscreants/enforcers are IPOb members?... No they are fulani herdsmen. Meanwhile, the message by the police did not say they were going to arrest anyone sitting at home; the message is obviously directed at the miscreants who would typically be out on the streets harrassing innocent law abiding citizens. It's a recurring trend which predates even ipob. akelicious:The original report above clearly indicates that the warning is targeted at criminals bent on breaking the law. But obviously because of hatred for government, majority of people on this thread seems to have lost basic comprehension skills and are now in solidarity with the miscreants. 3 Likes 1 Share |

superlightning: Stop misinforming people my friend. You think it's everyone that buys into this "IPOB is a peaceful group" nonsense you guys portray online? IPOB deploys coarsion & intimidation to enforce compliance with most of their directives especially this site at home. Do you know how many people that complied not bcoz they are sympathetic to IPOB & what they represent but for fear of the unknown especially from hoodlums? Do you know how many shops that where vandalized bcoz of this last year in Obigbo, Rivers State? Do you know how many market leaders, who are IPOB or pro Biafra, that used their powers to order closure of their respective markets without recourse to the rights of others who are not pro Biafra? Police is not against you or anyone sitting at home but surely they are battle ready for your fanatics who would use such opportunity to ferment trouble. |

mamotalk: That's the issue, Bro. Past experience has shown that without police on alert, these miscreants constitute nuisance to the rest of the populace. Most of them, who are hoodlums, cash in on this to perpetrate all manner of evil especially looting & vandalizing non compliant people's properties |
Re: IPOB September 14 Sit-At-Home Order: Police Speak, Vow To Arrest Lawbreakers by superlightning: 1:41am On Sep 11, 2018 |
Bishop4real: All your claims and allegations are unfounded. Just because you don't agree with their ideology does not mean you blackmail them. Suddenly every hooligan shouting Biafra is now IPOB. Anyway, the police is creating a false alarm. There shall be neither violence nor coercion that day. |

chiagozien: I'm an Urhobo guy not a unity beggar. Igbo people you guys don't like hearing the truth. America, France, UK and Israel are your major enemies not the Yorubas or the hausa people. They are the ones blocking you from getting biafra. Can't you see that they don't say Anything about Biafra at all? Wake up and realise who your true enemy is. |

Bishop4real: Now you are bearing your mind. all MISCREANTS are now IPOB. I really don't blame you. Let the police do their job. It however does not mean one has to finger a nonviolent group as miscreants. |

Iceman2017: You must be daft to utter such nonsense! IPOB, peaceful? Loads of cases abound where IPOB miscreants vandalize people's properties in the name of enforcing compliance to directives from their leadership. |

Bishop4real: Did you notice you seem to be the only one making unsubstantiated claims about ipob harassing people? Nobody is against the police. However, nobody should also be against ipob as long as they are peaceful The stench if your concealed hate against ipob is obvious. |

superlightning: I still maintain that IPOB is not as peaceful as they claim online. They're the most intolerant group ever. Just disagree with their modus operandi & see how they come for you, albeit ignorantly. The few enlightened ones are never aware of what the ignorant & uneducated ones amongst them are capable of. Their fanatism is top notch. So, speak for yourself bro! |

Bishop4real: Hapunu ndi otu Biafra aka..... Ha mere unu gini? All you do is give the dog a bad name to justify hanging it. That's unfair. I don't support violence or coercion. But let ipob be. The police should stop being melodramatic. |

superlightning: Unsubstantiated claims about something that I was a victim of? Speak for yourself bro. IPOB is not peaceful and has shown high level of intolerance to divergent opinions. It's crazy how a group will be shouting to the highest heavens for their freedom but sit tight on the freedom of others. IPOB will like to organize events without any fuss but will stampede & disrupt other people's events! |

Proudlyngwa:. Eiyaaa see pain. My brother since you people said that IPOB does not posses any power more than d FG, why should some people be afraid to go contrary to IPOB orders. Let somebody open his or her shop, he will be declared enemy of the region and you know the meaning of that. He or she will come to shop the rest of his or her life fruitful less. Whenever you hear that pen is mightier than gun, please believe. |

Yyeske:. So protesting in the church is now one of the criteria to know that people are not peaceful. You have enough cases of vandalization, yet u are sitting in you house doing nothing as patriot of zoo. Abeg go sue them to court; idiot. Na people like you way dey give policemen baseless facts; telling them they saw lorry carrying ammunition's to Edwin Clark house. |
Re: IPOB September 14 Sit-At-Home Order: Police Speak, Vow To Arrest Lawbreakers by Kahujadekadura: 5:27am On Sep 11, 2018 |
Bishop4real:. You are talking as if on normal ground any act those area boys exhibit, u conclude that tour state governor is not a peaceful one. My brother, IPOB released a statement and didn't insert any threat in it, if anybody disrupt u, go sue that person and if u don't have money to sue the person abeg close ur mouth and obey the sit at home order becos fg won't save u. |
