The Arrima portal is yet to open. However, it is expected to open this month. You may keep monitoring Quebec Immigration's website for latest information. Mamaroon: 1 Like 1 Share |

snowlordng: Please go to cic.gc.ca. Select "Enter", select "Express Entry", Select "Provincial Nominee", then select "Check the websites of the provinces or territories". Here, you will find a list of all provinces which will basically take you to each provinces websites where you can check the requirements of each provincial nominee program. Read it thoroughly and I bet you will find all the information you require. Best of luck. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

philip3: Is the person not in the same field with you? Is the person an immigrant who understands our challenges? Is the person too busy to have your time? You have the option of changing your mentor but if i were you, i will try within all positive means to connect with him, i wouldn't give up on him. An immigrant might give you the connections you need to land a job though that's not part of the program. His role is to prepare you for Canadian job market. I had a full blown Canadian as my mentor and didn't have a cause to regret the program though. |

Hello my ogas. Kindly help clarify. For the FRSC letter to take along, i was asked for name, license number and address. Question is: do I use my own address here or I ask them address to driving agency or something like that in Canada 40manlappy blackbuddy and others, kindly help |
Re: Living In Canada/Life As A Canadian Immigrant by philip3(m): 6:47pm On Sep 11, 2018 |
czaratwork: Same field. Came to Canada when he was very young so more or less full blown Canadian. Clearly didnt understand our challenges. He wasn't aware of professional bodies and how to join. Sends more of motivational emails. What I needed from him was more of an understanding of Canadain work place culture tho. Anyway I used linkedin to establish contact with 2 other Nigerians in my field and so far their impact has been awesome. Just wanted to see if I could get more out of the guy. Plus he told me blank he more or less just stumbled on supply chain (my profession) as a career path. |

balogunsam: Hi, as requested, provide your name, current address details and driving license number. The letter can be addressed 'To whom it may concern' or if you know it, you can request it to be addressed to the driving licensing agency in your destination province whose details you can find online. 8 Likes 6 Shares |

philip3: If it is TRIEC you are talking about, you are supposed to follow a plan. If he is not, you have every right to demand for a change. Which kain motivational materials? Did you tell him you didn't see all those 7 habits books to buy? Abeg go get yourself another mentor, he may not necessarily be in your field. 2 Likes |

reichwolf: Would you mind if I ask you why Vancouver? That place is very expensive with the most expensive real estaste in Canada. I am not in any shape or form underestimating the size of your packet. We know that Nigerians can be filthy rich. 10 Likes 1 Share |
