1) Both personal and business paypal account can send and receive funds. I'd suggest business account only if you're selling a product.

2) You can transact over $10k in both types of account but not on a new account because it will get limited.

3) The paypal account can be registered in UAE or your country of residence.

4) Always use UAE IP to access UAE paypal account.

The op will cash it out for u. But the truth is; you will have to forfeit 45% or 50% of the amount in that account as your payment for service.....(not all people are away of this). But it is better to get part of the money than leave it there for paypal....

Well no problem bro. am not trying to spoil your biz, BUT u seem to forget that people meet u on whatsapp to chat. so am not wrong about the % because many sellers doing this charge between 45 to 50.....nonetheless, your own charges is better...
