For the past 6 days, my infinix hot5 has not been browsing on Facebook,WhatsApp,and instagram. These apps only browse when its connected through a WiFi. I have contacted my service provider they seem not to have a solution to the problem. I have also checked the system connection over and over again still no difference. Please how can this problem be rectified.

wow..I thought I was the only one in this mess...my Tecno K9 browses only on my Opera mine and WhatsApp but refuses to browse on the rest like facebook, Bank App, instagram etc...started recently too

just go to your settings and those apps listed and select app preference but if it doesn't work do a reset.

Go to system manager, data, then put those apps on. I believe they are off...

Call or whatsapp me if you're confused.
