My dear the breast milk struggle is not funny, is ur breast flowing or ur baby is go ding it difficult to latch? What ever the case is don't hesitate to start infant formula pending when u establish u can support ur baby well with breast milk. It doesn't make less a mum don't listen to side talks. START FORMULA.

Teamie don't bother yourself too much your baby will still turn. Keep praying and do some mild exercises to encourage baby to turn head down. For example you can go on all fours as if you are scrubbing the floor. You can do this like four times a day.Also check YouTube for other safe exercises that can encourage baby to turn head down.

You still have few weeks left before delivery, have faith coupled with prayer that your baby must turn and take the right position.
Remember you don't need anything that will stress you at this stage so calm your mind down with positive thoughts that no matter what you and baby will be safe and alive.
You can also watch and try out YouTube exercise videos that induce baby to change position like mama Rejoice04 suggested, it works also. And try walking exercise as your strength can carry you, keep ur body active because when your body is active and moving, baby too won't feel comfortable in one position, it will be force to change position. I will do that ma, the baby has been in cephalic position since my conception, den I was taking cold drink...just like two weeks now I stop taking it since they said its not good, was thinking maybe its d cause ooo...anyway have continue my cold drink oooo

Hospital bag packed just remaining diaper. Have been looking for Size 1 molfix around me but couldn't get. My first baby came out 2.9kg and this baby also can not be up to 3.5kg hence the need for size 1. Am planning to check molfix warehouse in Karu market I may be lucky to get.
As for EDD LMP gave me September 27th, early scan Oct 13th and mid trimester scan October 1st. Am sticking to 13th because my period at that time was not regular, my toddler & DH birth month is October so let me born another October baby and I was sure I wasn't pregnant on my LMP. I was weaning my toddler when I found out on the 3rd day I was pregnant.

For baby bed, you can always get those folding ones that comes with net. They cost 1500 and will come in handy at the hospital too.
For feeding, they have the one that comes in a pack and cost 1500 as well. You must not go for Avent sterilising unit or other makes if you don't have the money.
You can always get ori or nkwume (shea butter) as baby's cream, cussons baby powder and oil and Blue seal vaseline.
Please no matter how small start shopping. Some people might give birth late October and so you never can tell when baby will come. Plus, shopping is best done when you still have some energy left.

Ma pls just relax your mind ,my baby was breech when scan was measuring 36+5 weeks,i was told its usually difficult to turn at that stage but she later turned at 38 weeks or so. Just be optimistic but whichever way it goes the most important thing is you and your baby coming out alive. Safe delivery dear

Thank you mama, he is not latching because of the inverted nipple, but we have made progress. Formula is still our primary meal and baby is doing fine

You are welcome mama. I'm glad you are almost done with shopping. About the back pain, I used to suffer from it but miraculously bumped into a solution that has seen me say goodbye to back pain.
My sister in law that used to help me travelled and I had to choice but to clean the house. So I bought that long brush used for sweeping. Then I swept the whole house with it and later mopped the house as well. I would only bend a little to squeeze the mop and not bend entirely.
To my greatest surprise, that evening, I slept like a baby with zero pain. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't experienced it again. I only mop 2 times a week and it has been very helpful in getting rid of the pain.
In fact, if not for that bum bum pain and baby kicking, I would have being afraid that baby is no longer there

It is well my dear, this will surely pass. Have u tried using syringe to pull the nipples though they said it's painfull. Hope it's not both miles, then continue with the one that is out while u keep working on the I inverted one. Have met a no of women's who breastfed their baby with just one breast. Cos the baby eventually rejects the breast that gives them stress. All the same continue to put the baby on the inverted nipple even if it's just for putting sake. With time the nipple will be out. Kisses to ur lo.
