FIFA EA Sports Reveals Nigeria's Best Player Against Seychelles & It's NOT Samuel Kalu
EA Sports FIFA has ended the argument once and for all over who was the most outstanding player in the Super Eagles team in their comprehensive 3-0 win over Seychelles in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier last weekend.

Bordeaux number ten Samuel Kalu may have given the Super Eagles fans something to talk about with his showboating and playing to the gallery against the Pirates but he did not make the most impact during the match, according to the highly respected video game publishers.

EA Sports has revealed its Team of the Week for Week 46, taking into account all the matches that were played during the international break, and former Leicester City man Ahmed Musa narrowly missed out on the ceremonial best eleven players but made the substitutes bench.

In a 3-4-1-2 formation, Real Madrid's Wales star Gareth Bale and Chelsea's Michy Batshuayi were chosen in attack, Liverpool's Mohamed Salah occupied right midfield and Inter Milan's Croatia World Cup star Ivan Perišić played as a left midfielder.

With an overall rating of 84, Musa was named as a substitute in the left midfield role and was awarded 96 pace, 86 dribbling, 87 shooting, 75 passing and 65 physicality.

The Super Eagles captain against Seychelles opened the scoring with a brilliant long-range, left-footed volley in the 15th minute.

Victor Moses hints on likely Eagles return

By Editor - September 13, 2018

Football fans in Nigeria might be smiling again as their favourite player Victor Moses might likely make a return to the Super Eagles team.

The Chelsea winger retired from international football some weeks back and that has caused mixed reactions from football fans in Nigeria.

At the age of 27, a player should be at his peak, but the reverse was the case for the former Liverpool winger who called it quit with national team duties.

Super Eagles boss Gernot Rohr recently stated that the door is always open to the skillful player’s return to the senior national side.

Victor Moses Instagram status showed that he is still available selection for Nigeria and Chelsea, giving football lovers in the West African country hope of his likely return to the Super Eagles.

Despite the inclusions of fresh blood in the Eagles recent victories over Seychelles and Libya, the team didn’t look convincing.

I still miss Thomas Mlambo, this current anchor guy, I don't even know his name, is not as good as Thomas.

The current anchor is always trying to play neutral but Thomas Mlambo will always say his mind and show support for Bafana. But Peterside will always knack akpako on him and T.K his compatriot.

The only person that could challenge Peterside was Mamadou because CIV was doing well them. Jeff Katala will want to talk but because his own team sef is just managing he will pause.
Emeka Anyadike was more of a diplomatic person, reason why T.K brought "Pastar" (Peterside) back.

Lol I like that he is neutral because TK is bad enough and he can always keep the flow of the show if he too is not deep in the argument. Jeff has mouth to talk na he is from DR Congo so TP Mazembe will always give him his get out of jail free card.

Pastar is a real Naija guy, even while looking right at the truth he will remain defiant.

This kinda Post ain't needed on this Thread Bro. The Thread has nothing to gain from it, rather ot would degenerate to crass, unhealthy Discourse.

As far as I am concerned, Kalu had a good Game. He is definitely a good Addition to the Squad. He's still young, and with time he may possibly develop to one of the best Wingers for both Country and Club.

Jeff only brags about TP Mazembe, not that they are even doing well of late. DR Congo drew Liberia over the weekend I wonder what mouth he will have to talk tonight. T.K's Bafana drew Libya so the Pastar will have the upper hand in the debates tonight. The only thing T.K will hang on is the 2:0 defeat we suffered in their hands and the fact that they are still ahead of us.

The show dey sweet sha.
I remember how Peterside wore green and white Agbada to the show after we qualified for the 2010 WC. That guy is a bully. He never accepts defeat even when facts are staring at him. He would have done well as a Lawyer.

He should enjoy his retirement in peace. We do not need him anymore in the Team. We've got better replacements for him, hence he should concentrate on his Club Career.

Wish him best of Luck!

More reason why the NFF should take these U15 competitions serious. We pick them raw at U15 and polish them to the U17.

Lol I miss those days. Remember the long ASUU strike then that made guys bored at home, na kickoff.com and ghanasoccernet.com I take dey chilax to kill boredom then. We took the war to their domot, we fought tire and that our Victory really dealt them a great blow. They started hitting us below the belt to stay relevant.

I made too many friends then sha, my fellow war Lords(collynzo, Noni et al) and some bredas too.

Modified; Success was such a beast then, in him I was watching my lovely young Eto all over again. If person tell me Dat time, say Success no go surpass Eto, I fit burst the person head. But there was this certain Yaw Yeboa of the Black Starlets I really enjoyed his game then, I no believe say that boy nogo make am big by now.

I rated Success even higher than Iheanacho. Those that saw him play at that CAF U17 would have no doubt the boy was going to be a "world beater". Well, it is not looking like he'll get near that Eto'o status.

Bros, I understand your frustration at Moses' abrupt retirement at such a young age. Me self when I heard he retired so early I was angry with him too. But let's look at this Nigerian team objectively. We're not like France or Spain that can afford to loose talented players of Moses' kind, we need all the help we can get.
We are starting to accumulate more talent and I believe we will one day get to a level where we can drop a few good but not great player's but right now the focus is on building a stronger team. I don't mind if Moses wants to come back but the choice is his to make.
