MTN didn't rollover my data, I had 20-something-GB on my line before making new subscription, but all I have now is the data from my new subscription, any idea what I can do?

I have called their customer service, was promised 24-hr resolution that was 4 days ago, nothing yet!

I'm even surprised self. He said he charged the phone up to about 70% then slept off but when he woke up the same phone was dead. He tried powering it up but it didn't get pass the Miui log.
