77k. I'm stuck.

Wait for their next pump and dump cycle. Once shareholders approve that private placement deal on the 5th of Oct, another round might happen. I could also be wrong. very wrong.

musty00:

Zenith has actually lost more (-34.80%) than Guaranty (-32.46%) from their respective highs.
Zenith is always ahead in terms of dividend yields, but Guaranty always rides on its bigger brand name (or supposed higher quality)
When there is serious bear and they have both been beaten down, I prefer Guaranty because:
1. Guaranty will give you higher price appreciation and also faster, and this will outweigh the difference in dividend yield
2. Guaranty is more resilient against price fall when bears show, thus providing enough room to bailout with one’s profit intact
But when the market eventually becomes stable, without any major bear in view, I prefer Zenith because:
1. Zenith offers many attractive entry and exit points, while Guaranty becomes stagnant and expensive
2. Zenith offers higher dividend yield
Summary: If we witness the likes of 2014/2015 bears, I will prefer Guaranty.

Musty00 I said let me wait for this to happen 3 times before I come give to kiss kiss kiss
Whoa you are very observant. 3 times GTB pick race leave zenith. Chia the race no be here and it’s ever between 2 to 3 naira difference in a day if guarant want to run.
We need more of this here.
Musty which other stocks do this same thing?

Zenith
- rejecting its weekly low on vol and forming a weekly hammer
- noticed positive rsi div on the hrly timeframes (nt d most reliable)
- all indicates bearish fatigue at d moment

#BeFluid

Retracement or Reversal? With the market still bearish my guess should be retracement.

Possible play: watch out for price breaking above the hammer with take profit point at the next resistant level. Don't forget your stop loss.

I guess you were trying to "trade" the stock and not "invest" in it. Re-adjust your mindset and believe their last result and the reported performance/earnings, for if the result is what they said it is, you haven't made a bad trade at all.

You will surely feel better and wait for when to take off.

Bnsitl, note that you have not lost money until you sell. However, if you happen to sell at a loss, pls take investment loss with equanimity.

Chief,

I was only proffering a solution that will cool her down at the moment. Do you think the share price wouldn't rally again if that PP is approved. That might provide a route for her to escape. She really had double mind when she wanted to make that purchase.......

You are right sir, the price will mostly likely rally again.

Was just trying to let her see all the possibilities so she can be adequately prepared for any eventuality....

aRE there any technical traders here --- we are obviously in a bear market this happens mostly every preceding election year, one reason is because politicians have to withdraw large amounts to buy tickets and sponsor their political activities , these leaves the market in shambles , i believe as the presidential election draws close there will be more bleeding , the global outlook is not looking bright either as the DOW is in ATH (all time high) is currently in distribution the current trump tax bill will hit negative returns soon and the dollar will plummet to save havens like gold, if the dollar plummets it will also affect the naira, at the current borrowing rate we might not have enough to foot bills, so it is logical to be on the watch for market . You will lose nothing shorting the market now an up move is a correction till market bottom.
