I guess loosing my father is yet to sublime outta my head and soul finding it togu to cope with life secondly i dont have a job bruh lots of pressure on my mum and siblings

Op,it is just a matter of time,you will surely overcome the situation. If your siblings are above 18yrs,encourage them to start living responsibly so that there will be less burden on you.

secret to fighting it is Changing ur lifestyle a bit to make u see tins d way dey ar n not how u tink dey must be.
take life simple,don't always dream about tins beyond ur pocket.go 4 d little tins u can afford,manage dem n u wil start seeing dat inner strength coming out again thereby making u feel happy n comfortable.

Op, Losing your dad shift the responsibility of a father to you. Which you are not emotionally, psychologically and financially prepared. Thereby causing depression.


In order to fight depression, you need to get busy. Whenever we are idle, our minds usually wander off and start bringing up negativity and all that is not the way they should be.

So try and start up a business. That way, you will have rays of hope. Slowly but surely, you will get over depression.

You are being forged in a baptism of fire in preparation for greater works. Dont fight this. Accept it, embrace your given wholeheartedly. If this your given entails selling purewater to put food on their table, approach it with all sense of duty. Quit the pity party and roll up your sleeves and get dirty with work.
