I was rejected by brickland but lost my files(pdf, lecture recordings, practical videos and some really important photos). I am looking for a way to restore /recover them if there's any

If you backup with Ur mi account, you should be able to recover photos when you sign in to Ur mi account again. I'm not sure of the rest

Try to unlock the bootloader with mi unlock tool , then flash fastbooot file with mi flash tool, use older flash tool cos new one will request authorized account for anything
