twinskenny: why did you sell phones that can't be unlocked in the first place? Don't you think your clients need to be told about the condition of the phone before you ask them to pay 1 Like |

twinskenny:Wow... Do you mean you knew it was iCloud locked before you sent it to the buyer? Was the buyer aware you were selling an iCloud locked device to him at that price sir? 2 Likes |
Re: RESOLVED by wildchild1: 7:58am On Sep 15, 2018 |
I have never met twinskenny before but I heard from a buyer that he got some iCloud iphones through Mikky running into Millions. Yes 3 months is a long time but we should also pity him as he is refunding other people bit by bit.this is not a scam obviously. And its true that he's selling phones here on the daily basis but that's the avenue for him to raise cash, if he should pay one person with the money he's using to do business, how will he pay the other person (s). Is the buyer justified? Oh yes 100% justified and having waited for 3 months he has tried and be patient enough. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Youngsage:Go and start reading from page 1, if comprehension is still a challenge to you, drink water, get some rest and continue living your life like you never saw this. I started following this thread almost immediately it was created and said nothing, but after seeing so many posts/comments I got to understand the situation. Yet, your own post/comment still made me say something. I've been scammed on here before and I know how it feels and what it looks like but from the information I've gathered by following this thread, I strongly believe this is just a business transaction gone awkwardly wrong and not a scam. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Heemcelph:Exactly sir. It's like people are deliberately not wanting to objectively process the information given but want to find a free avenue to vent out their anger, frustration, envy or personal beef on the accused. Most are reacting based on some sentiment and emotion and some just out of sheer delight in seeing the downfall of another person. There are disturbing similarities between this trend and those people who engage in jungle justice in public. reason just doesn't prevail and explanations fall on deaf ears. Some people here would gladly engage in jungle justice in reality. I've met the man twinskenny and he is an OK person. If the losses didn't run into millions like I read here involving several other people, I would have been greatly surprised this case dragged this long. The op acknowledged he attempted unlocking severally at his own undisclosed cost and only sent the phone to him initially just to assure the op's client he already bought the phone but it had issue. obviously, he wouldn't have sent him the phone unresolved if the op hadn't requested for it to temporarily show his own client he didn't defraud her and the op was aware it was unlocked and hr was finding solutions to it before sending it to him, an information he didn't state clearly. 2 Likes 1 Share |

gbadexy:How would you feel if you were in my shoes? you pay someone for a device and after assuring you its unlocked, it turns out to be locked, you still see that same person selling other devices steadily, you call him to replace the bad one he gave you that is with him even with a lower one, he says NO. That you don't have to call or even text him, indefinitely, that when he gets money, he will give you. So you have to wait endlessly. I bet you will be happy? 2 Likes |

wildchild1:Haba, but he is selling devices steady, but won't replace mine even with a lower one? is that justifiable? To make matters worse, he said others took their devices like that and am the only one disturbing him, and that i should appreciate that. who in his right mind will buy an icloud locked device for 243k? 2 Likes |

Re: RESOLVED by gbadexy(m): 9:15am On Sep 15, 2018 |
anochuks08:No I wouldn't be happy. He definitely handled that wrongly. You have the right to demand for your refund at any time and speedily. I hope he would have learnt some lesson on the poor handling of the case. I would be hypothetical if I condemn others of sentiments and not agreeing or pointing out his flaws too. I would be angered if told not to contact them again and they would do the contacting at their own time and term like I was begging for money. Perhaps it was the stress from different people wanting their refund simultaneously or it was the tone of your communication that caused the oversight and poor handling of the resolution has you described, I would never know but it's your money and your right to demand for it or for any reasonable resolution to it. 2 Likes |

there is logic in twinskenny 's justification........ but the attitude I'm struggling to find the rationale behind is this: u decided to go extreme with the refund only when buyer went extreme? let's assume buyer continued to play it cool.... how long would it take to refund him? say 3effing years? to me this is a red flag, I will advise all potential buyers to pause for now..... something serious might go down soon maybe this refund is a last resort to put minds at ease...... I see a lot of nil integrity here.... might be a "me" - perception issue but I highly doubt. 3 Likes |

ChisomK9:If i happened to have a customer pay for a device and it comes in icloud locked, I will let the customer know immediately and refund his money as soon as i can. Remember, I got this device for a client, being the kind of person i am, its unprofessional of me not to issue them a full refund. I paid 243k and am being paid back 200k, but i refunded my client in full, no cuts. |

chuchwhite: I'm quite new here but something seems fishy. you mean all this while knowing Mikky always does a poor check he still does biz wit Mikky lol it doesn't add up at all I may be wrong but this seems like an elaborate planned scheme to hoodwink unsuspecting customers and get away with it Clean Op if you've not been paid I'll give you steps to take to get a refund or change the phone or ensure he no longer in business 1 Like |
