There were times when night club were not only for women with tight spandex, mini skirts and heavy makeups - in times past, Nigerian night clubs were places were you would find very decent women boogeying down..

These type of clubs still exist in the present. They are located mostly in the first parts of cities to witness civilization.
My mother was a year old at the time of this picture. She said back then these people shown were the bad boys and girls. This event was likely held in secret to avoid people finding out and near-ostracizing them.
I laugh at all the talk of decency. The only decent things here are their clothes and hairstyles. The woman pictured is still grinding on her partner like any female in a club today.

Looks like they are vibing with traditional songs in that club , I can't imagine , no dj's , a life band crew all on Afro hair ,drinking beer and coke . You get mind if you go club sef . If you go ,how you wan take knack ? The joy people derived from snitching back then is second to none .lol
