Your application is being delayed because of the new biometrics that was requested. It's clearly stated on their website that the biometrics period won't count with the application Processing time.

I am sure that nothing was don't on your file btw apr 23 and July 18. This is because the biometrics is needed for background check. In my own opinion, I think CIC will still view your application as within the processing time.

I hope you have deferred your admission tho.. it will end in praise. Just put all hopes on God.

Go to IOM in Wuse 2, Near Banex Plaza, the fee is about ₦41,400 which you are to pay to their Standard Chartered Bank Account. Please remember to QOUTE YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER IN PAYMENT DETAILS.
