All 2018/2019 UTME candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as institution of First Choice , with a UTME score of 175 and above are required to pay for the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Screening exercise online application form at a fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira) only using their ATM debit cards on Interswitch.

*ISSUE OF NO APPLICATION RECORD FOUND*

*For those experiencing the issue of "No Application Found" and unable to purchase the Post UTME form and complete registration*
.
*Note that there is no cause for alarm or any reason whatsoever to panic*
*The reason why you are unable to purchase the form is because you recently did JAMB Change of Institution/Course and JAMB is yet to send your data to AAU ICT to update their portal, that's why you keep seeing "No Application Record Found"*
*Hopefully, those that did change of institution last two weeks or last week may be able to purchase the form this week. Hope JAMB send your data to AAU ICT this week*

*In line with this, I urge all aspirants experiencing issue of no Application Record Found to exercise some patient, you all will register for the Post UTME Exam/Screening Exercise*

*Again, Aspirant that did not did pass AAU cut off mark and Aspirants that filled AAU as their second choice of institutions may also face the issue of "No Application Record Found"*

*It will also interest you to know that a lot of Post UTME/DE aspirants have successfully purchased the form as at last week Wednesday till date and completed their registration online*

*For example, someone who want to study Accounting, 5 compulsory subjects from his 0'level either WAEC or NECO are Mathematics, English, Economics, Commerce and Government*

POST-UTME UPDATE

UNIVERSITY AUTHORITIES OF AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY EKPOMA ADOPT A NEW METHOD OF POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE IS ONLINE SCREENING

It has been confirmed by the University Authorities that there is going be post UTME "ONLINE SCREENING"

This means School Management will not use the last year screening method for this year

Confirming this good news was STEPHEN IKHANE who called Deputy Vice Chancellor (DVC) Academics this morning

DVC Academics who spoke on behalf of school management this morning said "There is no physical screening or post UTME Examination. The screening Exercise is gonna be done Online

I repeat, It was made known by the University Authorities through the DVC Academics that THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL SCREENING OR POST UTME EXAMINATION EXERCISE

This has never happened in the history of AAU before and is a welcome development

In line with the above news, it means there is NO REPRINTING, NO PHYSICAL SCREENING, NO EXAMINATION, SCREENING WILL BE DONE ONLINE

MODE OF SCREENING

The method adopted for this year screening exercise is "Online screening Method

The SCREENING for this year will be online. This means you don't have to travel to EKPOMA to be screened, you don't have to reprint.

Results already being calculated for those that submitted their application successfully and in no time, scores will be uploaded online.

Those with awaiting result will be screened on a later dates as soon as NECO results are released. Once results are released, I will notify you to login and check for your score

Your SCORE will be calculated base on your JAMB score and GRADES in 5 Major OLEVEL SUBJECT concerning your choice of course. Subsequently, The CUTOFF mark will be decided base on general performance

Your Departmental Cut off mark will determine if you fail post UTME or not

Cut off mark is usually released at the end of post UTME Screening Exercise and it takes at least a week or two weeks before they release departmental cut off mark

POST UTME CANDIDATES SHOULD STAY AT HOME AND WAIT FOR THEIR POST UTME SCREENING RESULT ONLINE

Once the result is uploaded, I will keep you informed

Note: if you had made mistake during the post UTME registration, there is no cause for Alarm. School have your correct data sent by JAMB

*WHY IS MY COURSE NOT SHOWING?*

First batch Aka as merit list is for those that beat the cut off and their course will be given to them. So you need not to worry as far you were admitted via first batch it means you eventually beat the cut off mark. And the time you see your course is not now. Is when your Student ID is given to you. What is student ID? It starts with E106566 this is what the student uses until he graduates from that institution (AAU). So remain calm and in due time your courses will display when E10 is given to respective kofa account.

_In other news_

*POST UTME DEADLINE*

For now the date still remains 21st of this month and no news on extension for now. If you are yet to register you have to make use of the limited time you have before the portal is closed down for registration.
Same applies to those that are experiencing
*APPLICATION RECORDS NOT FOUND*

The issue here is that. JAMB are yet to send your names to AAU so they can upload it on their portal to enable one register. ICT are working on it and will correct it so they can allow everyone to register for it.

*SCREENING SCORE*

I am very sorry if by now you are still finding it hard to access your score. ICT are working on this and your score will be sent to your various kofa in no time. Please and please note that without
