That's just the problem with Nigeria and Africa.

I'll put it this way, we don't celebrate failure.
Yeah, someone that failed is better than someone that didn't even make any attempt.

At least he sat for it, we should start thinking out of the box here, I mean not everything should be attached to a certificate.

There are lots of programmers, engineers etc who don't have the best results in their field but they are doing good.

I remember when I was still with my boss, a computer engineer came to fix his laptop and it was just showing only white background with no character.

He said they don't do practicals, this is something a chip level engineer with just 1 month experience can do.
It doesn't have to be all about cert.

Now a days cert no dey too help again oo.
