There is difference between cancelled and voided.
Run-off only happen when no candidate has both a simple majority and 25% of the cast vote in 2-third of the LGA. That is the position of the constitution.
A re-run is for areas where there are cancelled vote if the current margin is lesser than the number of registered voters in the cancelled area.

PDP is leading by 3,947 so far excluding just 6LG but most remaining are strong areas of APC. Ayedire, atakunmosa east, egbedore, ejigbo, ifelodun and modakeke.
