My second paragraph explains my position clearly. I know you are intelligent enough to get my overall point.
If you have not performed well enough, what is the point declaring? If you have performed well enough, shouldn’t your performance attract the coach?

Oya oo e dun do. Make una dey declare, dey undeclare dey go. D matter dun dey enter another thing. Me no follow una argue am again.

I think the normal thing is to declare first so that the coach will know you are available especially if you are already junior international of another country. My Opinion.

Even Gareth Southgate admitted that national teams are aggressive in their recruiting. I think it should be a case of invitation to fortify the team. We should not have the mindset that we are helping their careers if we do so, even though we may do so in the process.

Otigba was the most blatant one. He certainly deserved a chance to prove himself.

You can give valid reasons why some of the others were not considered.

Somebody who rejected to play for Hungry in Europe cup.

Away from Soccer for a bit... Our Nigerian Basketball Queens, the Undisputed Champs of the African Continent just made history by winning her first WC BBall game in 7 WC attempts. Earlier today, Senegal also achieved their first ever WC BBALL win over latvia. Theirs was close... 70-69 but ours was 74-68.

Sarah Ogoke #7 was on fire... She was serving them 3 pointers like hot soup... Lol She finished with 22 pts

Evelyn Akhator was also on song with about 13 pts.

These girls beat a team that is World No.7 in World Women's Basketball... That is some statement. wink

Congrats to the D'Tigress, Queens of the Continent... #FIBAWWC

Well done Girls... Next up is Argentina who lost to Australia earlier.

To the best of my knowledge, Balogun declared his intention to play for us before we reached out to him.

Werder Bremen Defender, LEON BALOGUN:It would be an Honour to play for the Eagles
Published: October 17, 2010

The 22-year-old Werder Bremen defender, Leon Aderemi Balogun, has revealed exclusively to allnigeriasoccer.com that it would be an honor to play for Nigeria. The Werder Bremen whiz has been on our radar for some time.He has been likened to the German icon,Guido Buchwald.

https://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=3297

Balogun was in the second team of Werder Bremen when that article came out. It did not gain much traction. Besides, there was no real chance of a German call-up. Nigeria was his only real option.

Otigba rejected Hungary for us.

Liverpool Loanee Sheyi Ojo Considers Switching To Super Eagles

England Under-20 World Cup winner Sheyi Ojo has said he would consider playing for The Super Eagles of Nigeria if Nigeria comes calling.

According to a report from the BBC the 21-year-old, who is on loan at French club Reims from Liverpool is now quite open to representing the African Nation despite having 43 England caps from under-16 to under-21 level . . . http://www.soccerassembly.com/liverpool-loanee-sheyi-ojo-considers-switching-super-eagles/

see this one wey play for france, french team wey a good player like rabiot dey find difficult to break into. morroco is a better option for you

Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has declared his international future.

Guendouzi is a target for Morocco coach Herve Renard, however he insists he wants to play for France.

He told L'Equipe: "I always played in France's youth team, so I want to put on the jersey. To play for the Blues is one of my goals. It's a dream in a corner of my mind.

"But I remain focused on what I have to do with Arsenal. It is important for me to continue to progress. I am only nineteen years old, we must not forget it. The rest will follow if I am good enough."

I'm so happy for the girls. The commentator for the last match said.. He believes that winless run was going to come to an end.
Australian had a rock of Gibraltar, if not they will not have won easily like that

Victor should enjoy his retirement.
