He stated that about 191,445 female students in public schools would benefit from the gesture, which, according to him, will cost the government N143.587m each term and N430.791m every year.

I am struggling with my mathematics here.
Did anyone get #750.02 per term per teacher ? shocked

IN A YEAR WE HAVE THREE TERMS, SO DO
143.587 X 3 = N430.761M
THANKS

The PhD holder is smart. He is using this job to make additional money.
At least additional #56,000 every month. He will negotiate with the headmaster and may come around to teach just twice in a week.
Analyst! You seem to know this PhD holder ??

The commissioner explained that the state had commenced full implementation of free education for girls (female) in the state public secondary schools, which he said was in compliance with the directives of Governor Nasir el-Rufai.

So its a crime if male students are same free education?

Why only females?

If same was done in favor of male students, feminists will start crying gender equality!!

The population that has being raking money in for Nigeria you mean
This government is just clueless!!!

Try for a minute and don't think like a 3rd world African. The fact that they make the worse possible commonsense decisions should be your guideline.

1, Go check what % of Nigerians are productive, contribute, innovate and pay taxes before making silly statements like raking money!
2, lack of family planning and overpopulation is the bane of Nigeria and will be for a very long time until mentality change happens.
3, The government are not from Seychelles or Japan, they are elected out of the pool of the filthy mentality of the average Nigerian - so when you look in the mirror everyday you are looking at the government.

He was unemployed throughout Jonathan's regime, so he should be grateful to Buhari. PhD holders applied as Dangote Truck Drivers during Goatluck's regime.

If you have a way to leave this country please do. I repeat if you have a way to leave please don't wait.
The worst thing that can happen to a man is to be stranded in his or her own country.
Only in Nigeria the past is better than the future 70,s better than 80,s and 80's better than 90's then 90's better than now.
My mom once told me how govt beg them to enter teaching but now people begging govt.
Then people were beg to join police but now you don't even have police job talkless of begging. Anybody thinking Nigeria will get better should forget about it cos it will get worst. Thank you.

Before comparing Nigeria to other countries;

Have you take into consideration their government provision

Did you notice how enabling their environment is

Did you also observe that their law is not in favour of anyone That a whole president can be charged to court for rape and the president will respect their law

Did you observe that they use their resources not on themselves but for the good of their country

Do you also know that government is held accountable in those countries

Well if you don't know let me spell it out for you!

Nigerian government is the natural disaster we have in this country!

They are the problem!

If they cannot solve the problem of this country they shouldn't bother applying for it!

They were not elected to talk about the problem, they were elected to solve it!!!

Sorry but Your Nigerian mentality is a hindrance and is stopping you from basic commonsense diagnosis of the high level issues.

Progressive nations elect leaders from a decent pool based on merit, not rigging or tribalism or religion. Nigerans allow thieves into office then ask the criminals not to be criminals while in office!

Yes, The environments had family planning (people only having children they can feed and support) - they did not overpopulate the environments with reckless childbirth leading to polution, lack of decent education, crime explosion and emmigration

Nigerian government does not respect the law because they are criminals who are not held to account by citizens allowing them to rig their way into office. If the citizens don't respect themselves the government will not.

Yes, the Citizens do not wait for infrastructure to be built so they can steal them. You cannot leave a public phonebox or electric transformer in Nigeria without some citizen stealing it

No, Nigerian citizens are the natural disaster of Nigeria, their direct actions is responsible for every disaster that befalls the country - Nigerians are rated one of the laziest, scared, docile, mumu citizens on the planet

If you want to change Nigeria fix citizen mentality or allow brutal dictators like Idiagbon in for 50 years

That is his choice. Does anyone want us to blame his situation on the country woes? habaaa no! Anybody that have studied up to that level and he cannot think out of the box to create opportunity for himself and others, then he had no business going to acquire the certificates in the first place.

They should equally check to verify the authenticity of the certificate.

A lot of forgery of certificates is the topic of the day among our leaderships.

Maybe President Donald Trump was right about our country...

What most people don't understand is that the Phd guy didn't apply because he couldn't get a better job, its a strategy to be identified and rightly positioned in the education sector. I am very sure that in a short time, he'll receive all promotions and find his way right to where he hope to be without discrimination because his qualification alone is intimidating. Believe me, he's going to be very competent in whatever task he handles, win accolades, represent the state educational board in different capacities, easy access to highly ranking government officials which would never be possible if he were pursuing bigger roles.

Smart analysis, u should b an intelligence officer...

Because, I can't comprehend why such a cert holder boldy accept such an insulting position for a job.
