This happened to me at week 18, I woke up with severe cramps and brown blood when i peed and wiped which dried up almost immediately but I really stressed myself the previous day, we hosted some fam and friends and I was busy bending and serving without drinking enough water and ate very late.
We rushed to the hosp to see my obgyn then but everything was fine and baby is doing great now to the glory of God.
Pls try and see your doc now and get a scan done to check the baby, he/she may use doppler to check baby's heartbeat to put your mind at ease, you don't need stress y'know, they should also check your cervix to make sure it's still closed.

Make sure you drink a lot of water, rest, eat well and take your prenatals, I'm quite sure baby is fine don't worry too much because God has got you both in the hollow of His hands.

Did you stress yourself yesterday, bedmatically or busymatically?
Are you still experiencing the cramps or seeing blood?
Take enough water and place yourself on a strict bedrest.
If you're still spotting and your hospital is near, see a doc

Pinkish then reddish isn't a good sign sis.
Especially given your ttc history.
Please go to any hospital even general or if there is a trained nurse around you that can see.
Seeing mucus isn't also a good sign cos that could mean you're seeing your mucus plug which is the plug that keeps the cervix locked to keep baby in and infection out.
For now, please lie down, drink lots of water and pray pray pray.

You can't take any antacid.
You have to get a prescription for any drug you take.
Drink lots of water and try to eat in bits and avoid foods that trigger the heartburn

Hello mummies � how's the journey been? Congratulations to the new mama's God is your strength!
Abeg make you una help me touch light my matter! I notice I'm having infection, during my last pregnancy too I had It but I didn't notice till when I was induced, so I was told to treat It after delivery which I did with dh and it stopped, now baby No2 dh is complaining again even me I was noticing it due to discharge (hubby complained about running stomach anytime he wants to toilet )the same feelings he had during the first one, after he used some antibiotics It stopped that is when he thought it might be infection .
Am just 13 weeks gone, I have not start my antenatal, should I be worried or not! Thanks all my able mama's

Do your sitz bath religiously with warm or room temp and not hot water.
After each sitz bath, swipe the area with cotton wool dipped in dettol to dry the water off. You should be healed in about 3-7 days.
Also try to sit on flat and hard surfaces and use your painkillers.

###just trying to be cautious but it's important.

No way to examine the healthiness of breast milk unless you're worried the mom doesn't have a clean bill of health.
Breastmilk is in pure form and with the right diet it contains all the baby needs. So as long as the mom is eating well and is healthy to breastfeed then no ish.


At this stage she can eat practically anything. Baby is term already and she'll be popping it soon anyways.

Pregnacare is fine.
The extra iron supplement is for those with low blood levels. It helps to boost the blood levels but if her blood level is high and fíne and she uses it, it can make her get headaches.

Hi mama’s please my nose and face is super swollen, that’s the only thing giving me out , my tummy isn’t even showing and I’m happy it isn’t so huge at 26 weeks
How can I deal with this swollen face at least to make it look a little less swollen so makeup can stay

My sister it has started o! I’m practically nauseous all day but the vomiting so far has been in the mornings. The foods I could stand have started irritating me

So far everything has been fine with the pregnancy just this my nose , prior to pregnancy my nose was really tiny and everyone would say ah God forgot to dash you nose but the moment I became 21 weeks my nose got so big
