Ironi: Anytime its about Nigeria, you see Ghanaians develop virtual muscles . Don't be a racist! The retail sector which you're trying to protect is actually not protected. Stop calking your fellow Africans morons. We have Ghanaians in Europe, USA, CHina e.t.c doing business and nobody is hunting them down. The 7 banks which collapsed in Ghana was due to the mismanagement by Ghanaians who are expected to protect the public sector. How many foreign banks collapsed? None! The earlier we realise that as Africans we need each other the better for us all. 2 Likes |

Nukilia: What about the total amount of money Nigerians are making in Ghana ?? Why then are they rushing to Ghana to engage in trades they are not supposed to do? |
Re: Traders Seek ECOWAS Intervention As Ghana Shuts 400 Nigerian Businesses by Ironi: 8:29am On Sep 25, 2018 |
Nukilia: I agree , we need each other, but not 6 million Nigerians in a small country like Ghana. We all know how Nigerians are, they would easily fck up your country if you allow them. Meanwhile the trade between Ghana and Nigeria is nothing to write home about. 1 Like |

Ironi: Stop this kind of talk... Are you trying to tell me that your fellow African who's trying to make like 1000 GHC should be allowed to suffer? This is the wickedness that has been sowed in our hearts by the West. The big malls which sell imported produce are busy carting billions out of the Ghanaian economy everyday. 80% of the products in those malls are imported and the government is not making sure that locals are allowed to supply the malls with local farm produce.. What the average Nigerian is making in the retail sector is highly insignificant. They need that little money to survive in the hard economy. Have you wondered how Africans go to other western countries for education purposes but the government makes sure they're able to work for some hours an make little money? The Ghanaian government doesn't make such provisions readily available for other African brothers. We need to change our mindset as Africans. 2 Likes |

Incidents like this requires an urgent retaliation by Nigerian government. But considering the fact that those mostly affected are from a certain part of the country and also by considering that we have a sectional president, nothing will be done to address this issue by Nigerian government. That is the sad reality 1 Like |

Ironi: Yes! cut gas supply, Ghana has been owing Nigeria for gas Nigeria supplied. running into billions, Nigeria will use that as a reason to cut off the supply until payment is made. Nigeria will also take Ghana to court to force them to pay their debts. Yes, impose high taxes and tariff, Ghana needs Nigeria far more than Nigeria needs Ghana. They need are market due to our large population. Nigeria should also prohibit Nigerians from going to study in Ghana, cut that forex going to Ghana. 3 Likes |

bantudra: Sometime u have to let illegality be because of the benefits. Go and close computer village and Boom, it Springs up elsewhere and Lagos loses revenue! Why do u think that Businesses were against Trump's hard stance on illegal immigration? They are because illegals plough their fields, America's agric products are tended by illegals, the farms, fields, orchards are all plough by illegals for low wage! Mccullum:Is it by force to do business in Ghana? The Ghanaian government came with a policy to protect its citizens as a responsible Government whats wrong with that. Leave Ghana or abide by whatever the Government considers good for its citizens or try to become a citizen to be protected. What kind of situation is this, a government is doing its job and foreigners trying to resist. Didnt the Nigerian Government sent Ghanaians packing years back? This is the situation in South Africa they keep telling you leave and yet you remain despite the killings. Why dont we have self pride and come back home no matter what and use the energy and efforts here. This is mostly southerner Nigerians, come back home and have self pride instead of abroad abroad ,yankee, yankee if the situation is not good. 2 Likes |
