"Higher" certificates does not substitute for O'level when Buhari was not even qualified to be in the army in the first place.
He has never presented any O'level certificate, the paperwork presented by Katsina ministry of Education is not an O'level
certificate, any roadside typist could have done that.
Buhari got into the army through a backdoor (he never presented any cert), him rising to the rank of a major general is irrelevant

Really? The denial card. Is that what you are trying to play? He made that statement, in the APC rally in Owerri. And it was carried by virtually all the major newspapers. And there was never any point in the course of the campaign did Buhari ever deny making such a statement.
But I am superfluously amazed that you could still think it could ever be possible having seen a blueprint of this government's economic and fiscal policies. It is only God, that possesses the power to put value to the naira to such extent (I hope you get the point of that statement, that it is impossible to even so much as make a dollar exchange for NGN 50.)
