Nnewi as we see in the picture is the traditional unplanned town and very ugly. This old town can never be regenerated because the families will resist interference on their family land. Good road networks can however change the face of the old town. There is the need to create a New Nnewi Urban that will have regional bank headquarters and corporate headquarters of all companies in Nnewi on this new site, No trading but Only ultra modern shopping and business complexes should be allowed here.

I understand these fears and even the likelihood of ifeanyi dumping APGA after winning and this is why I always call ifeanyi ubah money miss road, he’s always everywhere and not strategic but truth be told only Ubah has the capacity to challenge Andy and Chris ubah of APC and PDP for that seat. Bianca ticket will mean APGA losing Anambra south again facts.

APGA has more to gain with keeping Ifeanyi ubah than losing him. The role he played in Obianos re-election is not a child’s play. Victor umeh also supports him. Besides Obiano is still the leader and Bot chairman of the party so no way can ifeanyi ubah upstage his choice in the party. Obiano should just obey the gentleman agreement that’s the best thing to do. He should have known what he was committing himself into.

Yes Uba played a very key role in Obiano re-election. I saw him personally Awka and Nnewi during the heat of the campaign. He really tried. Again he is the only one that can match Andy and Chris in Anambra south when it comes to money and thuggery. Uba is very key in taking over Anambra south from the grip of my brothers from Uga. But Obiano has seen what some of us have seen about what Ifeanyi is gonna do once he gets to senate. He should be prevailed upon that he will not contest the next guber poll. Yes Nwanne we both agree on this. And I think ifeanyi ubah will never be governor of Anambra. He simply does not have the capacity. The only thing he can do is to decamp when he wins. There is really nothing he can do as Obiano is the bot chairman of APGA and nobody can upstage his choice for successor in the party.
I think he should be given the senate ticket on the condition he should forget governorship. This agreement can be obtained and being a senator will not give him any edge. The governor still has the final say but as it stands now with what I’m seeing APGA are better off giving Ubah the ticket. Bianca should go and contest in Enugu like Stella Oduah did
