ECA on the corner..Will Soon get an ITA .Just wanted to find out something because I keep on getting conflicting advises. Started work as a medical doctor in 2014 in a private hospital.worked till October 31st when I left and worked with an NGO..The NGO job started November 2nd 2015.Along the line,in January I got a temporary employment with my state university as a lecturer, but never lectured for one day as the medical school was still seeking accreditation.Just to state that the NGO job was full time and I did clinical duties.i resigned from both jobs on March 31st 2017 even though work with the university was just meetings no lectures however I earned salaries from both the NGO and university.I currently work with a teaching hospital and during submission of my ITA I intend to leave out the university stuff out of my 10year history.i don't have strength to explain if they ask me why I held two jobs at the same time even though the university own was temporary.I also do not intend to claim points with the university as it doesn't fit the NOC of clinical duties I intend to claim points for.I just wanted to find out if it's ok.A couple have told me it is ok that people leave out some stuff and still get PPR.wanted to confirm with this group. Thanks |

MumtotheBeloved: 1) With a crs of 464 you are good to go. Leave hubby alone. 2)Define lump sum and who made the lump deposit. You can buy the TBills now and use certificate + statement showing debit of the funds from you account for the purchase. If possible buy TBills for 3 months or more. If the funds for POF are coming from hubby, let him write a letter stating that he is authorising you to use/giving you the funds to aid your migration plans. If the funds are coming from another source which may be difficult to explain, then you can use gift deed. 3)You will have where to fill them in your application post-ITA. There's no threat whatsoever. 4)Even if you can't recall the reason for the rejection, still state the fact that you were rejected along with date/period of rejection so that its not counted against you as misrepresentation. 5) Please fill his details in Personal History, with this you will not need to provide references 4 Likes |

Godisincontrol:Considering the fact that i did not include a PGD programme i did while i was working, is it advisable raising a CSE at this point? I only included my BSc and Masters without including my PGD cos i was working aswell...didnt even include it in my personal history. Will this serve as misrepresentation? I actually used that PGD to gain admission in UK for Masters. Can such info be known by IRCC? Advice me ooo... this has gotten me worried for days now. |

Obeetee: ALL activities in the past ten years should be included in your personal history. Whether or not you're claiming points for them. Leave out anything at risk of your own sleepless nights. There's already enough anxiety post-AOR talk less of when you manipulate the information you submitted... You'll just be dreaming bad bad dream of misrepresentation every night. Besides misrepresentation is not limited to during the application process. We all saw story of the man who received misrep after PPR. 1 Like |

Godisincontrol: used to run a side hustle (which was registered) majorly sales of computer and I.t related accessories ran the business for 4months( sept -DEC 17) and stopped, while still being employed with the employer I'm claiming noc for. I didn't include this side hustle in my work history or personal history. In previous application for study visa within that period ( sept - DEC 17) I realised I stated it. 1. Is this misrepresentation? 2. Do I raise a cse ? |

COPR: Yes, I know. But because I will definitely need the course by course. It better to do that and request for document by document afterward for the purpose of immigration. And when you want a upgrade/ will I call it downgrade its easier and faster with from course by course to document by document |

Luce: Upgrade/downgrade in case of document by document is a straight foward thing |
