Good day,fellow nairalanders.. Pls I'd like to get useful information about the next batch after this Oct/nov2018 batch.. Some are sayinf Feb...others are saying July or August.. Pls any useful info would be well appreciated. Thank you

The coming year 2019 is an election year in our dear nation Nigeria so, the regular NYSC orientation timetable:
1. March/April for Batch A streams 1 and 2
2. July/ August for Batch B streams 1 and 2
and
3. November/ December Batch C stream 1 and 2
"MIGHT " be altered.

Remember, in 2015, there were only two batches because of several doom predicted (some might call it prophecy) for Nigeria necessitated by the electoral tension of that year.

Keep your fingers crossed and make a progressive use of the time you have at hand.

May your expectation not be cut short.

Since the introduction of batch C in the year 2010/2011(if my memory serves me right), the mobilization time tables for camping/orientation has always been the way I stated in my initial post with few exception which is I will write on below:

The 2014 batch B orientation for stream 2 was done at a later date (many thanks to late Dr. Stella Ameyo Adadevoh and other medical practitioners; may their souls continue to rest in peace ) for their vigilance and professionalism in handling the case of the Ebola virus infected patient, an ECOWAS diplomat, by the name; Patrick Sawyer.

The 2014 Batch B stream 2 set joined the Batch C stream 1 in November for their orientation which was initially scheduled to hold in August).

In 2015, because of the general election in that year, NYSC only had two belatedly done orientation for batches A (around May that year) and B (October/November).
