titiclassy: You don't need to notify IRCC. Either leave the funds in your account or re-invest, whichever suits your needs. If you don't need the funds right away though, why lose a chance to make an income? I would say in that case, re-invest. If you're ever asked to provide update of your POF, you submit the new certificates. 11 Likes |

Fadia: I dont think it is feasible because a common law partner by definition in canada implies that you have been living with the said individual for at least 1-2yrs and have Bill's or kids in common. This would imply that the person must have already been you partner BEFORE you submitted your AOR. Thus, not declaring it was a misrepresentation of your facts at the time of AOR. Wayout: You can choose to do a court wedding at any point within your application and add your spouse without any recourse. 3 Likes |

just as others have weighed in on this, the only way and easiest way to add him now that your application is under processing is by going to registry which will not for any reason raise any red flag after adding him, na POF go change shikenna and he would do the norms (PCC and Meds) Fadia: |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by vickyehi: 1:56pm On Oct 02, 2018 |
Fadia: It does count as a misrepresentation solely because your answer to the question of do u have a spouse or common law partner was "NO". If you put yes and indicated him as non accompanying then that's a totally different ball game but am guessing you didnt. 1 Like |

Hi House! Thanks for all your works. Please, I need help for two things on my evaluation with WES. 1. Has anybody from the University of Ilorin done evaluation here with WES? how long did it take for UniIlorin to send/respond to WES on verification? Please, do you have any contact within the academic support services or registrar office that one could contact to look into it for me? Or anybody within Ilorin? 2. Has anybody here sent NECO verification of result to WES? How did you do it? I called NECO and I was told I need to send payment receipt and prepaid Courier envelope to them via courier, which they will use to send my result to WES. I contacted a courier in Lagos, he told me I need to buy an envelope for 5k to send but NECO or somebody will pay for dispatch in Minna. I think is either he doesn't know what he is saying or there is an element of scam! Please, I need help on the fast and sure way to do this, am currently not in Nigeria, if not, I could walk into this offices to sort things up. Who I have does not know what to do either. please help. Thanks |

Thank you all for your response to my queries. Pls I have a random question. If I want to include my someone close to me in the immigration matter, but we are not exactly related, what’s the best route to take for her? She’s 19yrs and about to get into Uni. Looking forward to your responses. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by Ramj: 3:57pm On Oct 02, 2018 |
gold638: Very simple let her graduate and start the process on her own or when you get to canada yourself you can sponsor her education and after that she migrates on her own. Abi can someone adopt a 19 year old ni - well if you can you can adopt her and make her one of your dependants in this journey - submit all documents that your have adopted her ...
