Re: Nigeria Politics 101 by SuperStriker: 7:48pm On Oct 02, 2018 |
tochukwuifediba: You should be ashamed of yourself. It was because of this same Ambode that we were threatened with death in the Lagos lagoon and you are here standing with him? Ambode deserves all the travails he is going through and more. On this one, I support Tinubu. Besides, Ambode has rubbished Lagos. 2 Likes |

Shukuakukobambi:If I were these people's brothers, I'd be very ashamed of them. These guys will ignore EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THEIR REGION and focus their lives squarely on issues that should have absolutely nothing to do with them! There are a billion things they should worry about in the south east but what is strictly a South Western affair is ALL THAT MATTERS TO THEM. This has got to be some kind of mental condition honestly. 8 Likes 1 Share |

SuperStriker:I doubt I've ever agreed with you on anything, but truth be told, the op and all those supporting him are some of the major reason you guys are being ridiculed here and there. I mean, how the Bleep is what Yorubas choose to do with their leaders an their business. Look for instance at the thread about land dispute between Anambra and Enugu, it ran into over ten pages, yet you couldn't find up to five comments from Yorubas there. Rather it was Chino and Co that were engaging themselves in a bitter battle of which of the State is superior to the other. Look at the thread about Abia state government's failure to meet her obligations. There are dozens of other such threads. Alas you wouldn't find dudes like the op there, rather, they've sworn to help Yorubas solve their problems. This is just too disgraceful to say the least. 9 Likes |

Corrinthians: Their matter dey tire me. I saw the thread about Catholic, Obiano against Anglican, I didn't even bother to view it. The other about Abia owing workers, I glanced and left. But just check out how many threads, how many pages over an Ambode whose election elicited the curse of the lagoon on them? All because of one Man: Tinubu!! How can a people be so self disrespecting like this? They worship FFK, Fayose, Saraki, Dino and other Yoruba men yet you don't see Yoruba bother about anybody from their side. How useless? Shouldn't that tell them something? 4 Likes 1 Share |

Victornezzar:Are igbos the owners of Kwara state? Kwara is still a Yoruba business. Can you show us where Yorubas HAVE EVER tried to advice igbos or kicked against whatever they do with their POLITICIANS? Why is it always your headache how Yorubas choose to deal with their leaders? 5 Likes |

Shukuakukobambi:Those guys have sworn to exalt stupidity to a virtuous status. I mean, do they have leaders at all. Those who seem to influence their opinions the most are the Yorubas you mentioned. Don't they have leaders they can talk about? The Anglican thread you talked about only managed to crawl into a couple of pages in hours, but had that happened in the South West, it would have topped tens of pages in minutes, majority of the comments coming from them! I know for a fact if these guys keep their noses out of Yorubas business, Yorubas would carry on as though THEY NEVER EVEN EXISTED! Yorubas care about Yorubas and their interests only and hope others do same! Why is that so tall a demand to these guys? I couldn't believe it when I saw the number of these guys viewing and commenting on the Lagos primary thread! Even when Super Eagles played, we didn't see that! Remember when they threatened to boycott the forum! They "left" only to come back after five minutes with their extended families! This is just pathetic. 6 Likes |

Corrinthians: To be honest with you, the reason why most Igbos hate Tinubu is because he supported Buhari to Aso Rock. The hatred is not about Tinubu but Buhari. I can tell you for a fact that the most hated man amongst Igbos today is Buhari not Tinubu. For me I feel my people should be happy that Ambode is about to be thrown out of power. It is the hatred for Buhari rubbing off on Tinubu that you are seeing here. We know that if Ambode is able to survive this then Tinubu is politically finished that is why they are supporting Ambode not because they care about him. |

SuperStriker: I dont agree. Ibos have always hated Tinubu more than Buhari himself If today Buhari decides to dump Tinubu, in a fraction he will become the darling of the Ibos. Remember Fayose vs Fayemi how they were celebrating. Their problem is jealousy, What their own leaders cannot achieve, Tinubu has chieved 10 times so they hate him for that. They hated him for building his own party and scheming to win the presidency Why is it that elections in Ekiti Osun concerns them more than what happens in Enugu and Abia 5 Likes |

raumdeuter: You are so wrong. Buhari is the main target not Tinubu. I am telling you this truth as an Igbo man. If Tinubu dumps Buhari today you will see how they will all start praising him and defending him. This is not about jealousy or Tinubu. Let Tinubu decamp today and you will remember what I wrote here today. I am an Igbo guy. 1 Like |

raumdeuter:Don't mind him. Remember Saraki did not support Jonathan but they support Saraki to 'deal with' Tinubu. Jelousy is not the reason why they hate Tinubu. There are many reasons why they hate Tinubu. It is mostly because he is Yoruba and because of his influence in the South West which by the way should not be their business. Ibos hated Awolowo before Nigeria got her independence. They hated MKO Abiola till his end 3 Likes 1 Share |
