Hello House... Good day
Please i have questions. My husband is a medical doctor and has Masters in Public Health. I evaluated only his Master's. Hope no problem?
Again, His Job title n duties r in Medical field though the same NOC but different employer. Hope it won't contradict anything?
Thanks

If his job title and duties is 3112,then you can't use WES assessment,it must be done by MCC else his application will be refused.Go to page 0 of this thread and read about MCC evaluation and the process.

It was a concern of mine, but no more. You must factor in that ITAs are a means to a target and that is PR admissions. ITAs can be declined by candidates and applications can rejected by IRCC. We don't know the rates of either.

I think now that what they are looking at is PR landing which is still within range (about 168,000 between Jan-Jul 2018 out of a target of about 310,000). Considering that PR admissions target for next year is higher than this year's and noting that high numbers of ITAs are still being issued, I'm relaxed for now.

Expresso17:
Just thinking....
Government of Canada has a target of 74,900 invitations for the year 2018, they have issued 66,400 ITAs as at now.
This means only 8500 is left for 2018 which is just about 2/3 draws....so are they going to increase the target or these figures are wrong or the year will be ending soon for ITAs

number 2 is more ideal - but do you really remember 1 and 3. You try ooo.

Je m'appelle Ramj

I can remember date lecture started(1) and date school fees was paid(3). I don't know date admission was given(2) becos I can't find my admission letter.

I asked this question because my name came out in first list and it took several months before lectures started in order to release second and third admission list.
Now, these several months above is encroaching into the work duration that I am claiming points on.

Good evening All, I'm one of the silent followers of this thread from part 3 thereabouts. Still haven't decided whether to move.

I have a friend that I practically pushed to try this and he's set to leave in December, 2018.

He's leaving for Ottawa and needs help with settling in. Can he get help from here please? Settling in - getting accommodation, a friend to help him through the whole settling in process too.

Thanks

[quote author=Vancouver4 post=71752067]Pls my people, what date could be considered as start date for an academic program:

1. Date on school fees receipt
2. Date on Admission letter
3. Date lectures started

Pls help....
[/quote

For me I inputted the date lectures actually started.
Then in my school , all lists for admission started coming up from early 2003 till like mid 2003, and we started lectures late 2003, but our matriculation number is actually 2002 , meanwhile in 2002 I was also running a diploma In another school while waiting for my name to come out ...on my transcript there is actually record for year 2002/2003, then they skipped 2003/2004 and continued with 2004/2005,2005/2006,2006/2007 in that order.....

In my profile I filled diploma 2001-2003 and for my BSc 2003-2007, which was when I actually registered and started lectures.

Congratulations to all ITA clinchers!
I also got ITA today, thanks God and to the wealth of information gotten here.
However, I have a situation...

My husband applied for a student visa in July 2017. He had his medical in May of 2017. By mid August of 2017, his visa application was denied. However, I as I got ITA today we visited the clinic for medicals, it was found that his old medical is still active in the emedical portal hence they could not create a new slot for him. We are doing the test without him. But Since he had the medicals in May 2017, it would have expired by now. What could be done to rectify this please?

My sincere appreciation goes to all members of this e- family who v in no small measure contributed to others success.

My heartfelt gratitude to a sister with a golden heart @newmum0615. She gave a shoulder to lean on when all looked bleak.

It has surely ended in praise.

The medicals done for study permit application is different from the one done for the EE process.

I had the same issue when I went to Abuja Clinics for my medicals. After I had left the hospital, I started thinking about it and quickly realised that I needed to stress that it was for EE; it didn't make sense to me that study permit medicals would stop me from moving on with my life undecided .

I went back to the hospital and informed the doctor. She said she didn't think to ask me what it was for and apologised.
She opened a new profile under EE and I was able to do my medicals smiley.
In my mind I was just thanking God for making my brain work cause the doctor had no idea at all. That's how I'd have been waiting for study permit medicals to expire cry

Work experience how.

be informed that any work experience before min requirement for NOC is invalid

If my NOC requires BSC degree, any experience I have in that NOC before the graduation is invalid and can't be used.
