Now you want everything to be fixed and look like london or dubai without comparing their budget with ours. We are import based nation and our economy will always depend on the dollars. Now convert the so called Lagos state budget to the dollars and compare with standard cities all over the world.Notice how small it is. Now you want him to perform miracle from nowhere and use the little he had then to build dubai or new york?
