To run this kind of business may not require such huge capital, all you need to to approach xiaomi with a proposition that you want to become there distributor in Nigeria, enter a trade agreement in conjunction with the bank to guarantee that you will pay for all good delivered at a later date with the plan of get the phones sale and pay xiaomi and pick up new batch.
At this point your major cost will be cost of a well equipped shop, run massive advertisement/promotion, get expert Technicians that will buy a space in your shop so that you supply spare parts for repair, while they technician charge only labour.

In my knowledge of business this is not a cost intensive proposal, what you need more is strategy to increase sales, find a way to make it cheaper than ordering from AliExpress and watch your sales explode.
