omo1010: I'll recommend Austransaction. It's cheaper and most people here used it. |

My Vetassess result landed this afternoon with mixed feeling. It was positive (AQF Associate degree, education highly relevant) but my experience slashed from 4.2 to 1.2 years. So I have to rewrite English test. In another related info, I decided to register on Skill select but I have few clarifications 1. Under education, there was no option for Associate degree. Which option should I select from the dropdown? 2. In my assessment result, one of my roles before I became a Team lead was adjudged to be irrelevant to the occupation I selected, though I feel it's closely related. Under the work experience tab, can I add it? Also, should I answer NO to the question "is the job related to your nominated occupation"? Thanks. |

btsnm: For the two years job, go to inland revenue, negotiate amount to pay for the two years. At this stage of the migration process, little omissions are no longer excused. Ensure you get the tax certificate. |

@tunlex01, 1. It is grouped together with Diploma, Advance diploma. Select that option. 2. Any year VETASSES did not approve is selected as not relevant. Claiming experience not approved by VETASSES will only give you a natural justice letter. Although the migration act does not empower assessing bodies to be deducting years of experience but these set of home affairs staff are too lazy to be scrilutinising your experience. They always have a clause in the act to hide under. To avoid story that touches the heart, don't claim any experience VETASSES deducted. |

btsnm: I see, but were they deducting the pension and PAYE from your salaries? Do you have payslips that shows these? If your pension contributions were remitted I suppose you can generate a statement from your PFA directly. You can try to assess with the pension statement if gotten and make explanation for tax certificate omission, it could fly-(at least you'd be presenting ref letter; payslips, bank statement, pension).I think an applicant once notified the authorities that the State where he worked didn't issue tax certificates at the time and they cleared him. You must just try. ***NB follow Bellong's advice of visiting IRS to see if you can get the certificates. That way you're rest assured |

Greetings all. In my MSA application, I discovered that I made wrong attachment, so divided to cancel the application to do a fresh one, but I realized slight changes on EA site. I didnt even see the dropdown for the engineering disciplines where the skill level and and the codes are filled automatically. I only saw professional levels to assess. I'm kind of confused, because it's still account used, could it be I'm on the wrong site, but Ive searched, what could be wrong?. Do I need to create new account, to proceed? Really to needs advice from experience d guys please, cos I need to submit asap |

Congrats Idng. I need to tap into this direct grant glory. So I applied for my 489 in July (Front loaded PCC and medicals) and just wondering if I need to upload a NEW Nigeria police clearance as the one I submitted says "valid for 3 months"? It's going to be 3 months in few days and I really wanna make sure there is no CO contact as that usually makes the processing longer. |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by idNG: 2:32pm On Oct 06, 2018 |
Aub430: No need bro. PCC is valid for 1year. Hopefully you will get direct grant too. Amen. 1 Like |
