I like snail and add it to anything.

Never had it on an ogbono soup before,but I am suspecting it will taste nice or you don't think so?

What are you doing on the checking the food pictures here anyways?

It'll make sense on any soup but what matters is —quality and taste. It won't add any taste.
People make use of opkoroko not necessarily because they want to eat it but because it adds taste to the soup.

Snail will add taste only to OWO soup and stew.

That stock fish bothers my teeth too much,so I tend to avoid it. Will try the snail on owo.

I come here because I'm lonely not necessarily because I like the food pictures being posted here,check pictures or will like to learn the methods being used.

That my banana i was trying to ripen. . u guys dinnor tell me for how long i was to keep it air tight ooo. i forgot about the stuff. .
i was tidying the kitchen this evening and i remembered. Brought it out and. . viola
it got soo over riped i had to discard it save about 2 which i managed to eat. .

ps. we still have about 6 bunch remaining. please guys how long should i leave it air tight before its done

Ingredients

Beans flour
Seasoning
Salt to taste
Egg
Fresh pepper
Onion
Margarine
Crayfish

Procedure

Measure the required quantity of beans powder into a bowl. Mix with water to a smooth consistency...leave to soak for some minutes depending on the quantity of beans powder used, this is to get a smooth mix. Chop your fresh pepper and onions and add to the mix. Add seasoning and salt to taste. Whisk the egg into the mixture. Grease the pan with margarine and fry the mixture in batches. Flip the dough and fry the other side. Fry until it browns to your taste.
Grease the pan with margarine in each batch... vegetable oil can be used in place of margarine.
A non- stick pan is preferably used to avoid the dough sticking to the pan.
Other vegetables like carrot and green pepper can be used depending on the availability.
Enjoy with a cup of hot tea or pap,
